    摘要: Disclosed is a squeeze for a screen printer. The present invention provides a squeeze for a screen printer, which coats a printed circuit board with an adhesive paste while moving parallel over a metal mask on the printed circuit board, the printed circuit board being open through an opening of the metal mask, the squeeze including a solvent storage unit for storing solvents; and solvent discharging holes for discharging the solvents, stored in the solvent storage unit, to an adhesive paste. Accordingly, the squeeze for a screen printer of the present invention may be useful to prevent a dog ear phenomenon, namely that an adhesive paste layer is asymmetrically formed in an indented manner, by controlling a viscosity of an adhesive paste by discharging a solvent onto an adhesive paste layer that comes in contact with the squeeze when the adhesive paste layer is formed in the printed circuit board.

    摘要: A method for controlling the data bit rate of a differential pulse code modulation/discrete cosine transform (DPCM/DCT) video encoder, which is adapted to achieve a bit rate control in accordance with a video signal band compression scheme using a differential pulse code modulation (DPCM) and a discrete cosine transform (DCT), thereby obtaining a supreme picture quality while preventing a buffer overflow or underflow phenomenon from occurring in the encoder. The method includes the steps of determining an initial bit allocation amount for every group of pictures (GOP) of an input video, allocating bits for every picture of each GOP, allocating bits for every macroblock of each picture, determining a quantizer step parameter based on the bit allocation amount, and determining a quantizer step size proportional to the determined quantizer step parameter.

If a digital marker is displayed on an image display unit of the first terminal, the second terminal photographs the digital marker using a camera, and synthesizes an object corresponding to the photographed digital marker with a real-time video image obtained through the camera to display a merged image as augmented reality. Then, the second terminal receives input information for changing the digital marker from a user, and transmits the received input information to the first terminal. The first terminal changes a digital marker using the input information received from the second terminal. The second terminal photographs the changed digital marker, and displays an object corresponding to the changed digital marker.

    摘要: The object-oriented coder discriminates resource allocation between objects and non-objects for video messaging applications over wireless networks. The object-oriented coder executes a rate control algorithm, an unequal error protection algorithm, and an error concealment algorithm. In the rate control algorithm, an iterative feedback rate control scheme is used in which quantization values of object and non-object data are held constant. In the unequal error protection algorithm, the bit stream is partitioned by object macroblocks and non-object macroblocks. In the error concealment algorithm, five bits of QUANT values of each GOB are used for representing location and motion vectors of the object in the next frame, since the quantization value is constant. The five bits are not used for quantization value. The five bits are used for error concealment to avoid bit rate overhead. The object-oriented coder increases encoding delay, but this increase is acceptable in messaging.
