摘要: Medical applications of 2,5′-dibromo-4,5,2′-trihydroxyldiphenylmethanone and 4,5,2′-tris(4-morpholinemethanoyl)-2,5′-dichlorobenzophenone are provided, particularly applications in preparation of drugs respectively for resisting type II diabetic nephropathy and for treating acute pyelonephritis and chronic nephritis. Moreover, two drugs respectively with the above two compounds as the active ingredient are provided, respectively for resisting the type II diabetic nephropathy and for treating the acute pyelonephritis and the chronic nephritis. Both of the two compounds are able to effectively improve renal functions of model rats suffered from the type II diabetic nephropathy, the acute pyelonephritis, and the chronic nephritis, showing an important application prospect in resisting the diabetic nephropathy and treating the acute pyelonephritis and the chronic nephritis.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing an Alzheimer's disease (AD) animal model, including: selecting healthy male human ApoE4 transgenic mice, and intraperitoneally injecting a 4 mmol/L Al(mal)3 solution at a volume of 10 ml/kg, with aluminum exposure for 60 days, and interval time of 2 days for every 5 days, to obtain an AD animal model co-induced by genetic and environmental factors which are interacted without being simply superimposed. The AD animal model established according to the method of the examples in the present disclosure can express the characteristic pathological changes of AD and has the characteristics of learning and memory impairment. The AD animal model provided by the present disclosure can be used for drug screening and AD mechanism research, and has the advantages of stable properties, prominent reproducibility, easy operation, and low cost.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a 3-phenoxybenzoic acid-glucuronic acid conjugate, and a preparation method and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide detection. Compared with 3-phenoxybenzoic acid, the 3-phenoxybenzoic acid-glucuronic acid conjugate provided by the present disclosure features structural stability, high specificity, long limit of detection, and high content in urine, and can better serve as a marker that identifies whether an organism is killed due to pyrethroid pesticide poisoning. Namely, the 3-phenoxybenzoic acid-glucuronic acid conjugate can detect whether a toxicant (pyrethroid pesticides) is taken antemortem or exposed postmortem, and has an excellent application prospect in pyrethroid pesticide detection. The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a 3-phenoxybenzoic acid-glucuronic acid conjugate. The preparation method provided by the present disclosure features high product yield, simple operation, wide raw material sources, low costs, and suitability for industrial production.

摘要: The present invention relates to an anisomycin derivative represented by general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates and stereoisomers thereof. According to the present invention, it is found that anisomycin and derivatives thereof have the effect of promoting insulin secretion under high blood sugar concentrations, and can treat diabetes and prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
