    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide polypropylene adhesive excellent in both initial adhesion and adhesion after heat history; and a laminate excellent in adhesion and heat resistance. Provided is a polypropylene-based adhesive having an MFR of 2.7 g/10 min or higher as measured at 230° C. under a load of 2.16 kg, comprising a composition which contains 5-95 parts by weight of (A) an isotactic polypropylene, 95-5 parts by weight of (B) a propylene/ethylene random copolymer, and 0-40 parts by weight of (C) an ethylene/propylene random copolymer, wherein 100 parts by weight of the composition is graft modified with 0.001-5 parts by weight of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof, and wherein (B) is characterized by the following (i) to (iii): (i) the propylene/ethylene random copolymer (B) contains 60-90 mol % units derived from propylene and 10-40 mol % units derived from ethylene; (ii) the melting point (Tm) as measured with a differential scanning calorimeter is in the range of 40-120° C.; and (iii) the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is in the range of 1.0-3.0.

    摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a carbodiimide modified polyolefin adhesive having excellent adhesive strength in a room temperature atmosphere and excellent adhesive strength in a high temperature atmosphere even in continuously molding with a practical molding machine. An adhesive (D), i.e., a carbodiimide modified polyolefin adhesive of the present invention which can solve the above problem is obtainable by allowing a polyolefin (A) having a group capable of reacting with a carbodiimide group to react with a carbodiimide group-containing compound (B) in the presence of an unmodified polyolefin (C) and having a ratio of a peak intensity at 2130 to 2140 cm−1 to a peak intensity at 1470 cm−1, as determined by infrared absorbance analysis, of not more than 60% and a density of 0.870 g/cm3 to 0.920 g/cm3. Furthermore, the use of the adhesive provides a laminate of a polar resin (F) and a polyolefin (G) having excellent interlaminar adhesive force both under a room temperature atmosphere and under a high temperature atmosphere.

    摘要: The modified polypropylene composition of the invention comprises (A) modified polypropylene having been partially or wholly graft modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative, (B) an amorphous or low-crystalline ethylene/&agr;-olefin copolymer having a specific MFR and a specific density and (C) a styrene elastomer, in a specific ratio. The component (A) is a graft modification product of a propylene homopolymer and/or a graft modification product of a propylene/&agr;-olefin random copolymer. The laminate of the invention comprises a composition layer comprising the modified polypropylene composition and a resin layer provided on one or both surfaces of the composition layer. By the use of the modified polypropylene composition as a laminate-forming composition or an adhesive resin composition, there can be obtained a laminate which has excellent interlaminar strength and which can be prevented from lowering of the interlaminar strength even if it is subjected to a heat treatment at a high temperature such as a temperature of 80 to 125° C.

    摘要: In a coextrusion molding method, a laminate having excellent interlaminar adhesion strength with a fluorocopolymer is provided, and also a laminate which can be used more than enough even at high temperatures or in applications where the laminate comes into contact with oil, gasoline or the like by controlling various properties of the adhesive layer is provided.The laminate of the present invention is a laminate of at least two or more layers comprising a structure obtained by bonding and laminating an adhesive (A) defined by the following (i) to (iii) and a fluorocopolymer (B), wherein the adhesive (A) (i) is obtained by allowing a polyolefin (a) having a group reactive with a carbodiimide group to react with a compound (b) having a carbodiimide group, (ii) has a ratio of peak intensity at 2130 to 2140 cm−1 to peak intensity at 1470 cm−1 of 60% or lower in infrared absorption spectroscopy, and (iii) has a density of 0.870 to 0.940 g/cm3. In the formula (1), R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or fluorine atom. In the formula (2), R3 represents a substituent represented by CnH2n+1 (in which n is an integer of 1 or more).
