Abstract: A gait rehabilitation machine and a method of using the same are provided for lower-limb rehabilitation. The gait rehabilitation machine includes: a frame; a rear supporting member provided at the frame so that the back side of a human body can lean against the rear supporting member; a thigh supporting member corresponding to a thigh of the human body and pivotally connected to the frame; a shank supporting member corresponding to the corresponding shank of the human body, pivotally connected to the thigh supporting member, and having a petal to be stepped on by the human body; a knee supporting member corresponding to the corresponding knee of the human body and provided at the thigh supporting member or the shank supporting member; and a transmission device for driving the shank supporting member to move. Thus, a patient can do lower-limb gait rehabilitation exercise without using a suspension system.

Abstract: A self-training system is provided, including: a respiration measurement unit, a blood oxygen measurement unit, a blood pressure measurement unit, an electrode unit, an audio stimulation unit, a display unit and a control unit. The display unit displays a virtual image including a plurality of display areas when the display unit is in a normal mode. Said display areas respectively correspond to a pulse transit time data, a brainwave signal, a heart rate variability data, a breathing signal, a heart rate data, a blood pressure data and a blood oxygen saturation signal. The control unit controls the said display areas to display respective real-time display charts according to respective signals and data, and controls the audio stimulation unit to play a binaural beats with frequency following response so that the user can receive stimulations and guidance to lower blood pressure and relieve physiological and psychological stress.

Abstract: A training device for improving insomnia is provided, comprising a virtual reality unit and a control unit. The virtual reality unit comprises two earphones and an eye cover connected to the earphones. When the control unit executes the daytime relaxaion-assisted program, the control unit controls the earphones to play a daytime binaural beats with frequency following response. The daytime binaural beats with frequency following response have a first main carrier frequency tone and a first loading frequency tone differing from the first main carrier frequency tone by a first difference frequency rate.
