摘要: To provide a pin tip attachment structure that can seize a container with bottom such as a can or bottle, and convey the container without scratching it, a small diameter portion having a predetermined length is formed at a front end portion of a pin; a bush is provided, the bush being fitted in a lower end portion of a cylindrical hole of a pin tip having the cylindrical hole opened at a lower end side, and vertically movably fitted with the periphery of the small diameter portion in an insertional manner; a stopper portion for retaining the bush is provided at a front end of the small diameter portion; a spring receiver portion is provided below the small diameter portion; and a coil spring is provided in a compressible manner between the spring receiver portion and the bush or the lower end of the pin tip.

摘要: A boron carbide based sintered body having a four-point flexural strength of at least 400 MPa and a fracture toughness of at least 2.8 MPa·m1/2, which has the following two preferred embodiments. (1) A boron carbide-titanium diboride sintered body obtained by sintering a mixed powder of a B4C powder, a TiO2 powder and a C powder while reacting them under a pressurized condition and comprising from 95 to 70 mol % of boron carbide and from 5 to 30 mol % of titanium diboride, wherein the boron carbide has a maximum particle diameter of at most 5 μm. (2) A boron carbide-chromium diboride sintered body containing from 10 to 25 mol % of CrB2 in B4C, wherein the sintered body has a relative density of at least 90%, boron carbide particles in the sintered body have a maximum particle diameter of at most 100 μm, and the abundance ratio (area ratio) of boron carbide particles of from 10 to 100 μm to boron carbide particles having a particle diameter of at most 5 μm, is from 0.02 to 0.6.

摘要: In a magnetic recording medium which comprises a magnetic layer having magnetic metal powder and a binder as major components, the magnetic layer being disposed on one side of a non-magnetic support member, the binder comprises a vinyl chloride copolymer, a polyurethane resin having a group which contains metal sulfamate as a functional group, and a curing agent. The polyurethane resin comprises a group containing metal sulfamate by 0.5 to 3 per molecule, a blending weight ratio of the vinyl chloride copolymer and the polyurethane resin of 30/70 to 70/30, and the curing agent is present in an amount of 10 to 60 weight parts to 100 weight parts of the total of the vinyl chloride copolymer and the polyurethane resin. The invention also provides a magnetic recording medium which further comprises a non-magnetic underlayer and a backcoat layer, wherein a binder comprising polyurethane resin having a group which contains metal sulfamate also is used. The binder improves the dispersion property, coating material stability and coating material viscosity of the magnetic layer, non-magnetic underlayer and backcoat layer to improve the electro-magnetic characteristics of the magnetic recording medium.

摘要: To provide a pin tip attachment structure that can engage a container with a bottom, such as a can or bottle, and convey the container without scratching it, a small diameter portion having a predetermined length is formed at a front end portion of a pin. A bushing is fitted in a lower end portion of a cylindrical hole of a pin tip having the cylindrical hole opened at a lower end side, and the bushing is vertically movably inserted onto the small diameter portion of the pin. A stopper portion for retaining the bushing is provided at a front end of the small diameter portion. A spring receiver portion is provided below the small diameter portion, and a coil spring is provided in a compressible manner between the spring receiver portion and the bushing or the lower end of the pin tip.
