摘要： A management apparatus for performing remote management on a management target apparatus, includes a storage storing installation data in which a user of an apparatus to be installed as the management target apparatus is associated with an apparatus identification ID of the management target apparatus; an inquiry processing unit determining whether the apparatus identification ID transmitted from the apparatus to be installed is stored as the installation data; an information acquisition unit requesting, when the apparatus identification ID is stored as the installation data, to acquire information of the apparatus; a registration processing unit registering, when the information of the apparatus is acquired, the apparatus as the management target apparatus; and an activation request unit requesting, when the apparatus is registered as the management target apparatus, activation of an agent function of the apparatus.

摘要： An information processing apparatus includes circuitry. The circuitry acquires, from equipment in which a fault has occurred, status information indicating a status of the equipment. The circuitry checks whether a maintenance person who is in an available state is present from among a plurality of maintenance persons. The circuitry identifies a type of the fault that has occurred in the equipment, based on the acquired status information. In a case in which no maintenance person who is in the available state is present from among the plurality of maintenance persons, the circuitry instructs the equipment to output a quick fix technique, which enables working around the fault of the identified type to enable continued use of the equipment.

摘要： An electronic device includes a status management unit detecting a change in a status of the electronic device and recognizing the status; an added program control unit applying an added program to a program of the electronic device in response to a validation request for the added program, the added program being capable of dynamically interrupting the program of the electronic device with a process; and an application determination information storage unit storing application determination information indicating whether the added program can be applied to the program of the electronic device depending on the status of the electronic device recognized by the status management unit. The added program control unit determines whether the added program can be applied based on (1) the status of the electronic device recognized by the status management unit upon reception of the validation request, and (2) the application determination information.
