摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball polyurethane composition excellent in resilience. Another object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball excellent in a shot feeling and resilience. The present invention provides a golf ball polyurethane composition comprising, as a resin component, a polyurethane elastomer including a polyisocyanate with one alicyclic hydrocarbon structure having 3 or more carbon atoms as a constituting component, and having a storage modulus E′ (Pa) and a loss modulus E″ (Pa) satisfying a following expression; log(E′/E″2)≧−6.53 when measured in a tensile mode using a dynamic viscoelasticity measuring apparatus.

摘要: Touchscreen testing techniques are described. In one or more implementations, a piece of conductor (e.g., metal) is positioned as proximal to a touchscreen device and the touchscreen device is tested by simulating a touch of a user. This technique may be utilized to perform a variety of different testing of a touchscreen device, such as to test latency and probabilistic latency. Additional techniques are also described including contact geometry testing techniques.

摘要: In embodiments of angular contact geometry, touch input sensor data is recognized as a touch input on a touch-screen display, such as a touch-screen display integrated in a mobile phone or portable computing device. A sensor map is generated from the touch input sensor data, and the sensor map represents the touch input. The sensor map can be generated as a two-dimensional array of elements that correlate to sensed contact from a touch input. An ellipse can then be determined that approximately encompasses elements of the sensor map, and the ellipse represents a contact shape of the touch input.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball using an ionomer resin for a cover, with an excellent shot feeling, durability and resilience. The present invention provides a golf ball cover resin composition comprising (A) an ionomer resin consisting of a metal ion-neutralized product of a ternary copolymer composed of an olefin, an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester; (B) a binary copolymer composed of an olefin and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and/or a ternary copolymer composed of an olefin, an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester, and (C) a zinc compound, wherein a content ratio ((A)/(B)) of (A) component to (B) component ranges from 50/50 to 80/20 in a mass ratio and a content of (C) component ranges from 0.1 part to 20 parts with respect to 100 parts by mass of a sum of (A) component and (B) component, and the golf ball cover resin composition has a melt flow rate (190° C., 2.16 kg) of 5 g/10 min or more.

摘要: Golf ball 2 has spherical core 4, mid layer 6 situated on the external side of the core 4, and cover 8 situated on the external side of the mid layer 6. The mid layer 6 is constituted with a resin composition. This resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of an ionomer resin (A) and 25 parts by weight or more and 100 parts by weight or less of a fatty acid metal salt (B). This ionomer resin (A) is a neutralized product of a ternary copolymer of ethylene, an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester, with a metal ion. The fatty acid metal salt (B) has 18 to 30 carbon atoms. The weight Wm of the mid layer 6 is greater than the weight Wc of the cover 8. The sum (Tm+Tc) of the thickness Tm of the mid layer 6 and the thickness Tc of the cover 8 is 1.0 mm or greater and 3.0 mm or less.
