    摘要: A technique provides for wireless control of a machine tool, e.g. a portable machine tool used on-site. According to an embodiment, a motor is connected with a tool post assembly via a gearbox. The motor is coupled with a machine controller, and the tool post assembly is mounted proximate an object to be machined. For example, the object may be machined via a cutting tool mounted to a cutter post of the tool post assembly. The machine controller operates to control movement of the cutter post along a desired axis during the cutting operation. The machine controller and thus the cutting operation, however, are controlled wirelessly according to control instructions provided via a control device, e.g. a handheld control device, which is placed in wireless communication with the machine controller.

The first sealing head may comprise a first seal element and a first sealing head bleed passage extending therethrough to the control bar head. The system also may comprise a second sealing head slidably engaged with the first sealing head and having a second seal element. The first sealing head bleed passage may be arranged to extend to a region between the first sealing head and the second sealing head to facilitate bleeding of this region.

The technique utilizes a split frame device having separable sections to enable mounting of the split frame device about the cylindrical item while, for example, the cylindrical item remains in place in an overall system.     摘要: A hot bolt clamp and method for repairing a multi-bolt flange of a pipe. The clamp has enclosures that can be assembled around the multi-bolt flange. The clamp has a central opening extending through a first enclosure face and a second enclosure face for the pipe. The clamp includes a flange bolt cavities extending through the enclosure faces configured to enclose flange bolts and having a cutter channel connected to each flange bolt cavity. Restraint bolts extend through the enclosure face to restrain the multi-bolt flange. Flange bolts can be removed and replaced during the repair operation. A cutter tool apparatus can be extended through each cutter channel for use in removing stuck flange bolts. The clamp forms an injectable void around the multi-bolt flange that is injectable with sealant in the event of a loss of gasket integrity during the repair operation.

The technique utilizes a control bar head coupled with a sweeper system which may be inserted into the pipe through the lateral hole. The sweeper system may comprise a plurality of shiftable sweeper heads which generally align for insertion through the lateral hole and then transition along the interior of the pipe to effectively sweep particles along the interior of the pipe. The sweeper system effectively clears an area of the interior of the pipe to facilitate a more effective seal with a subsequently inserted pipe isolation device.
