    摘要: A vacuum breaker valve includes a valve body and a vacuum breaking device mounted in the valve body. The valve body has a periphery provided with multiple air vent holes corresponding to the vacuum breaking device. The vacuum breaking device includes a mounting barrel, an elastic member, a braking member, a mounting plate, a water stop gasket, and a water inlet disk. The vacuum breaking device is assembled previously and then directly fitted into the valve body to construct the vacuum breaker valve. Thus, the vacuum breaking device and the valve body are combined together for a whole sale or the vacuum breaking device and the valve body are sold individually.

    摘要: A method of dewatering a subsea pipeline bundle assembly before lifting the assembly from the seabed and an elongate carrier pipe comprising at least one internal fall that slopes downwardly towards a drainage outlet and at least one venturi formation that is aligned with the drainage outlet. The method comprises adding discrete buoyancy to the elongate carrier pipe that elevates the carrier pipe disposed between drainage outlets of the assembly. Each elevated portion defines inclined falls that slope downwardly in opposed longitudinal directions toward the respective outlets. Water within the carrier pipe drains down the falls toward the outlets. Injecting a dewatering fluid into the carrier pipe promotes expulsion of water from the pipe through the outlets by downward displacement of the water. Drainage may be assisted by a venturi effect driven by accelerating the flow of the dewatering fluid at a location in line with an outlet.

    摘要: Apparatus include a fitting defining a distal end and conduit, where the fitting has a port inward from the distal end and which extends from the conduit to an outer surface of the fitting. A hose is sealingly connected with the fitting at the distal end, and a temperature measuring device is sealingly secured with the fitting through the port. In some cases, the temperature measuring device and fitting are sealingly secured with mating threaded structures. The temperature measuring device may incorporate RFID technology. Also, the fitting may have a flat region on the peripheral to secure the device. The temperature measuring device may include a temperature measurement component a distal end which is in contact with material resident in the conduit. The temperature measuring device may also have a display and a push button for activating the display, whereby temperature of material resident in the conduit is shown.
