摘要: An air conditioning system for a vehicle has a first cycle including a compressor, a first condenser, a second condenser, a liquid tank, an expansion valve and an evaporator which are connected through pipes to form a first refrigerant circulation circuit through which a refrigerant flows from an outlet of the compressor to an inlet of the compressor while changing the phase. The first cycle causes the evaporator to act as a cooler when operated. The system further has a second cycle including the compressor, the second condenser, the liquid tank, the evaporator and the evaporator which are connected through pipes to form a second refrigerant circulation circuit through which the refrigerant flows from the outlet of the compressor to the inlet of the compressor while changing the phase. The second cycle causes the condenser to act as a heater and the evaporator to act as a cooler when operated. The first and second cycles are switched by switch means. The system further has an air duct case having an air flow passage in which the second condenser and the evaporator are installed. The air flow passage is connected at its downstream part to a passenger room of the vehicle. The air conditioning system further comprises heater means for heating a returning refrigerant which, under operation of the second cycle, flows in the pipe extending from an outlet of the evaporator to the inlet of the compressor.

摘要: Described is an apparatus for air conditioning a passenger compartment of an automotive vehicle which achieves a quick warming-up of the passenger compartment. In the air conditioning apparatus, in addition to a coolant of a vehicular engine which is utilized as a heat source of a heater core, a highly compressed refrigerant discharged from a compressor can be utilized as a heat source of a sub condenser which is disposed in an air passage of the air conditioning apparatus, during the inside air warming up in the passenger compartment. During the warming up operation, the refrigerant discharged from the compressor is circulated through a bypass line bypassing a condenser disposed at a front part of an engine compartment and through the sub condenser and an evaporator.

摘要: A heat pump type air conditioning system (A) for an automotive vehicle. The heat type air conditioning system (A) comprises a first unit (10) including a heater core (11) through which an engine coolant of an engine flows, and a first heat exchanger (12) which forms part of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor (1) and a first condenser (3), in which a refrigerant circulates in the refrigeration cycle. A second unit (20) is provided including a second condenser (21) and a second heat exchanger (22) which are fluidly connected in parallel with the first heat exchanger (12). A valve (V2) is fluidly connected in series with the second condenser (21) and disposed such that a part of the refrigerant is introduced through the valve into the second condenser (21) and the second heat exchanger (22). A sub-heat exchanger (30) is disposed outside the first and second units and fluidly connected in series with the second heat exchanger (22), in which the refrigerant flowing from the second heat exchanger (22) is introduced into the sub-heat exchanger to be heated by a part of the engine coolant, the refrigerant discharged from the sub-heat exchanger being returned to the compressor. An electromagnetic clutch (40) is provided such that the compressor (1) is drivably connectable with the engine therethrough. The electromagnetic clutch is engaged to establish a driving connection between the compressor so as to operate the compressor and disengaged to cut the driving connection so as to make the compressor inoperative. A control device (C) is operatively connected to the electromagnetic clutch (40) for controlling the electromagnetic clutch to be disengageable in accordance with a temperature within the air conditioning system (A).

摘要: A heat pump type air conditioning system (A) for an automotive vehicle. An electromagnetic clutch (40) is provided such that the compressor (1) is drivably connectable with the engine therethrough. The electromagnetic clutch is engaged to establish a driving connection between the compressor so as to operate the compressor and disengaged to cut the driving connection so as to make the compressor inoperative. A control device (C) is operatively connected to the electromagnetic clutch (40) for controlling the electromagnetic clutch to be disengageable in accordance with a temperature within the air conditioning system (A).

The rear conditioning system has a rear conditioner unit defining a main air passage for directing inside air through an evaporator and a condenser in sequence. The rear conditioner unit further has a bypass air passage for introducing the inside air to the condenser, bypassing the evaporator, and an exhaust air passage for directing the inside air from the evaporator to the outside of the vehicle.

摘要: A heat pump type air conditioning system (A) for air-conditioning a passenger compartment of an automotive vehicle. The air conditioning system comprises first and second units (10, 20). The first unit includes a heater core (12) and a first evaporator (13) while the second unit includes a second condenser (22) and a second evaporator (23). A compressor (2) and a first condenser (3) are disposed outside the first and second units which constitute a refrigeration cycle including the first evaporator (13). A circuit change-over valve (4) is provided to cause flow of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor (2) to be changed over between a refrigeration operation refrigerant circuit including the first condenser and a heating operation refrigerant circuit including a bypass passage for allowing the refrigerant to flow bypassing the first condenser. A third evaporator (30) is disposed outside the first and second units (10, 20). A flow control valve (31) is provided to control a flow amount of the engine coolant circulating through the third evaporator (30) in accordance with a thermal load condition of the vehicle under control of an opening degree of the flow control valve, during the heating operation of the air conditioning system. The flow control valve (31) is set to take its fully closed state to prevent the engine coolant from circulating through the third evaporator (30) when a discharge pressure of the compressor (2) rises to a level not lower a first set value which is lower than a standard value to stop an operation of the compressor, and to take its fully opened state to allow the engine coolant to circulate through the third evaporator (30) when the discharge pressure of the compressor (2) lowers to a level not higher than a second set value which is lower than the first set value.

摘要: A heat pump type air conditioner for a vehicle has a refrigeration cycle constituted by a compressor, an external heat exchanger, a refrigerant valve unit and an internal heat exchanger unit. The refrigerant valve unit includes first and second flow control valves, and the internal heat exchanger unit includes an auxiliary internal heat exchanger and a main internal heat exchanger. In the refrigeration cycle, the first flow control valve, the auxiliary internal heat exchanger, the second flow control valve and the main internal heat exchanger are serially connected in the order of mention. The main and auxiliary internal heat exchangers change their function between an evaporator and a condenser according to the controlled state of the first and second flow control valve.
