摘要: A vehicle refrigeration system according includes a first chiller including a refrigerant fluid path and a coolant fluid path. A second chiller includes a refrigerant fluid path, a coolant fluid path, a first chiller coolant inlet, a second chiller coolant inlet, a first chiller coolant outlet, and a second chiller coolant outlet. A refrigerant control block includes outer walls providing openings in fluid communication with control block refrigerant fluid paths. The openings include a first chiller control block outlet and a second chiller control block outlet. The first chiller receives refrigerant flowing out of the first chiller control block outlet and into the first chiller refrigerant fluid path. The second chiller receives refrigerant flowing out of the second chiller control block outlet, through the first chiller, and into the second chiller refrigerant fluid path.

摘要: Provided is an integrated radiator assembly, and belongs to the field of vehicles. The integrated radiator assembly includes: multiple groups of refrigerant flat tubes, wherein multiple refrigerant flow channels are disposed in each group of the refrigerant flat tubes; a refrigerant collection tube, disposed at two ends of the multiple groups of refrigerant flat tubes and in communication with each of the refrigerant flow channels; multiple groups of cooling liquid flat tubes, wherein each of the refrigerant flat tubes is externally sleeved with each of the cooling liquid flat tubes, and multiple cooling liquid flow channels are formed between an outer surface of the cooling liquid flat tube and an outer surface of the refrigerant flat tube; and a cooling liquid collection tube, disposed at two ends of the multiple groups of cooling liquid flat tubes and in communication with each of the cooling liquid flow channels, wherein the cooling liquid collection tube is separated from the refrigerant collection tube, so that a refrigerant circulates in the refrigerant flat tubes and the refrigerant collection tube, and cooling liquid flows in the cooling liquid flat tubes and the cooling liquid collection tube. The integrated radiator assembly is capable of meeting heating use requirements of a heat pump system without air supplement and enthalpy increase.

摘要: A centralized energy (CE) module for a vehicle includes: a base plate; a compressor mounted on the base plate and compressing refrigerant; a condenser mounted on the base plate at a location spaced apart from the compressor and heat-exchanges the compressed refrigerant supplied from the compressor with a coolant which flows into the condenser to condense the refrigerant; an evaporator mounted on the base plate at a location spaced apart from the condenser and evaporating the refrigerant supplied from an expansion valve integrally mounted through heat-exchange with the coolant which flows into the evaporator and supplying the evaporated refrigerant to the compressor; and an accumulator connected with the evaporator through the expansion valve, and supplied only a gas refrigerant among the evaporated refrigerants to the compressor while passing through the evaporator.

摘要: A chiller system includes an intercooler configured to cool compressed charge air received from a turbocharger or a supercharger, a low temperature cooling circuit fluidly coupled to the intercooler, the low temperature cooling circuit circulating a coolant to provide cooling to the intercooler and including a low temperature radiator configured to cool the coolant, a chiller-accumulator loop having a combined chiller-accumulator, a chiller bypass line bypassing the chiller-accumulator, and a charging valve configured to selectively provide coolant to at least one of the chiller-accumulator loop and the chiller bypass line, and an air conditioner circuit circulating a refrigerant and having a primary circuit and a bypass circuit. Refrigerant is selectively supplied to the chiller-accumulator to further cool the coolant in the chiller-accumulator loop after the coolant is cooled by the low temperature radiator, thereby providing increased cooling to the intercooler and the compressed charge air to increase engine performance.

摘要: The present invention relates to an air conditioner system for a vehicle includes an air-cooled condenser mounted between a water-cooled condenser and an expansion valve to exchange heat of refrigerant discharged from the water-cooled condenser with air in order to further cool the refrigerant even though temperature of the refrigerant rises due to temperature rise of coolant supplied to the water-cooled condenser, thereby enhancing cooling performance because the refrigerant flows into an internal heat exchanger due to a drop in temperature of the refrigerant, preventing a temperature rise of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor because temperature of the refrigerant flowing into the compressor drops, and enhancing durability and stability of the air conditioner system.
