There is provided a multi-screw chaotic oscillator circuit with simple configuration, that can use various multi-hysteresis VCCS characteristics and generate a variety of multi-screw attractors. The multi-screw chaotic oscillator circuit comprises: a linear two-port VCCS circuit 1 consisting of a set of linear VCCS circuits G1 and G2; a multi-hysteresis two-port VCCS circuit 2 consisting of a set of multi-hysteresis VCCS circuits MH1 and MH2 having multi-hysteresis characteristic; and capacitors C1 and C2 connected to each end of a circuit configured by parallel-connecting the linear two-port VCCS circuit 1 and the multi-hysteresis two-port VCCS circuit 2.

A fluorescent display tube is provided, which employs a non-evaporation type getter, instead of the evaporation-type Ba getter, whereby the serviceable life of the fluorescent substance containing SrTiO3 as a base component is prolonged. At least one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Zr, V, Fe, Ti, Ma, Mn, and La are used for the getter for fluorescent display tubes, each which employs a fluorescent substance containing SrTiO3 as a base component. This feature allows carbon series residual gases remaining in the tube to be removed, so that the serviceable operation can be prolonged.

A yellow light emission phosphor usable in a fluorescent display device does not include cadmium and Eu concentration in the yellow light emission phosphor is reduced to a range of about 0.001 mol % to about 0.1 mol %. The phosphor on a fluorescent display driven at a low voltage generates a yellow light emission with an excellent chromaticity and has a good life span characteristic.

A phosphor without using cadmium having excellent luminous characteristic which emits a light in the visible region. The phosphor is prepared by mixing 1% of B2O3 powder and 10% of In2O3 with CaS:Eu, Ce phosphor to prepare a mixture to which is added vehicle containing an organic binder to form paste. The vacuum fluorescent display using the phosphor exhibits lifetime performance and initial luminance superior to the fluorescent display in which a phosphor without using cadmium is applied.
