An apparatus for generating a plurality of parametric audio streams from an input spatial audio signal obtained from a recording in a recording space has a segmentor and a generator. The segmentor is configured for providing at least two input segmental audio signals from the input spatial audio signal, wherein the at least two input segmental audio signals are associated with corresponding segments of the recording space. The generator is configured for generating a parametric audio stream for each of the at least two input segmental audio signals to obtain the plurality of parametric audio streams.
Abstract:
The present invention relates firstly to a method for reproducing a stem cell niche of an organism. The invention further relates to a reproduction of a stem cell niche of an organism. According to the invention, an image of a tissue of an organism is generated, which tissue comprises at least one stem cell niche. The image is filtered in order to obtain a structural pattern of the imaged stem cell niche. In a further step, a lithographic mask is generated from the structural pattern. According to the invention, a starting material of a substrate is structured by means of indirect or direct application of the lithographic mask, whereby a structured substrate is obtained which represents the reproduction of the imaged stem cell niche of the organism. The reproduction can be characterised as biolithomorphic.

A method is provided for producing a microstructured molded object that is intended for culturing of biological cells. According to this method, a plastically deformable first porous film is prepared, as well as a deformable second film and a deformable sacrificial film. The first, second and sacrificial film are placed in a stack. Next, the sacrificial film is subjected to pressure to press the stack into a mold. The mold has recesses, such that deformed regions in the form of cavities are produced in the sacrificial film, the first film and the second film, and undeformed regions remain. During the pressing of the film stack into the mold, the first film and the second film are joined to each other, so that they form a composite film. At least portions of the deformed regions of the second film are etched so that sections of the second film are chemically dissolved. In these sections of the second film, sections in the deformed regions of the first film are opened up, so that the pores in these sections are again free.

The invention relates to a microbioreactor assembly (01) having a plurality of microbioreactors. The microbioreactor assembly comprises a microtiter plate (02) having numerous wells (09) in a predefined grid arrangement, a closed bottom surface (14) and an open upper face. An insert unit (03) is also provided, which is arranged on the upper face of the microtiter plate (02) and has numerous inserts (11) in the same grid arrangement, each insert (11) engaging in a well (09), and the well (09) being divided into at least two regions (12, 17). Finally, the microbioreactor assembly comprises an activation unit (04), which is placed on the insert unit (03) and has numerous pumps (26), each of which is connected to supply channels (19), which allow the transport of fluid between the two regions (12, 17).

The target calculation module calculates a target brake torque, a target vertical force, and a target tire pressure associated with the wheel of a vehicle. The brake control module adjusts brake torque applied to the wheel based on a comparison of the target brake torque and an estimated current brake torque. The suspension control module adjusts vertical force applied to the wheel based on a comparison of the target vertical force and an estimated current vertical force. The tire pressure control module adjusts tire pressure in the wheel based on a comparison of the target tire pressure and a measured tire pressure.

A device for determining room-optimized transfer functions for a listening room serving for room-optimized post-processing of audio signals in spatial production, is configured to analyze room acoustics of the listening room and to determine, based on the analysis of the room acoustics, the room-optimized transfer functions for the listening room where the spatial reproduction by means of a binaural close-range sound transducer is to take place. The spatial reproduction of the audio signals by means of the binaural close-range sound transducer may then be emulated using known head-related transfer functions und using the room-optimized transfer functions, wherein a room to be synthesized may be emulated based on the head-related transfer functions, and wherein the listening room may be emulated based on the room-optimized transfer functions.

Apparatus for adapting a spatial audio signal for an original loudspeaker setup to a playback loudspeaker setup that differs from the original loudspeaker setup. The apparatus includes a direct-ambience decomposer that is configured to decomposing channel signals in a segment of the original loudspeaker setup into direct sound and ambience components, and to determine a direction of arrival of the direct sound components. A direct sound renderer receives a playback loudspeaker setup information and adjusts the direct sound components using the playback loudspeaker setup information so that a perceived direction of arrival of the direct sound components in the playback loudspeaker setup is substantially identical to the direction of arrival of the direct sound components. A combiner combines adjusted direct sound components and possibly modified ambience components to obtain loudspeaker signals for loudspeakers of the playback loudspeaker setup.
