摘要: A gas inlet (4) an inlet passage (8), a stop valve (7), an outlet passage (9) and a gas outlet (5) are communicated orderly with one another within a valve casing (3). The outlet passage (9) is communicated with the inlet passage (8) through a gas charging passage (10). A check valve (11) for blocking a flow from the inlet passage (8) to the outlet passage (9) is arranged in the gas charging passage (10). When a vacant gas cylinder (1) is charged with a high-pressure gas, the charge gas is supplied to a gas charging mouthpiece (17) connected to the gas outlet (5) while the stop valve (7) is kept closed. Thereupon, an interior space (A) of the gas cylinder (1) is charged with the charge gas from the outlet (5) through the check valve (11) and the gas inlet (4) in order.

摘要: A stop valve (7) and a pressure reducing valve (8) are arranged in series with each other within a housing (3). A first check valve (11) is arranged in a gas charging passage (10) provided in parallel to the pressure reducing valve (8). The pressure reducing valve (8) is adapted so as to move a piston member (59) for opening and closing by a balance between a spring force for valve opening and a secondary pressure for valve closing. A first coned disc spring (F) urges the piston member (59) toward an opening direction. The first coned disc spring (F) is connected in series with a second coned disc spring (S). The second coned disc spring (S) is compressed by a pushing member (66) projecting from a cap member (61).

摘要: A gas inlet (4), a stop value (7), a pressure reducing valve (8) and a gas outlet (5) are arranged in series within a valve casing (3). The gas outlet (5) and an outlet (7b) of said stop valve (7) are communicated with each other by a gas charging passage (10) provided with a check valve (11). The gas outlet (5) is communicated with a secondary safety valve (28) by a gas inducting passage (29). When a gas cylinder (1) is charged with a gas, a gas charging mouthpiece (14) is attached to the gas outlet (5). Thereupon, an opening or closing portion (A) provided in the gas inducting passage (29) is closed by an actuating portion (30) provided in the mouthpiece (14). Thereby, a high-pressure gas is not released from the secondary safety valve (28).

摘要: A gas charging device reversely supplies fresh gas from a gas outlet (7b) of a pressure reducing valve (7) to a gas inlet (7a) thereof. A pressure reducing member (17) of the pressure reducing valve (7) has a communication passage (30) which places the gas outlet (7b) with an actuation chamber (29). The communication passage (30) has a peripheral wall (30a) provided in its end surface with a portion (43) to be sealed, which faces the gas outlet (7b). A charging nozzle (34) has an interior area provided with a charging passage (35) in communication with the gas outlet (7b). A push member (37) is attached to the charging nozzle (34) and is provided with a projection (40) which sticks out toward the pressure reducing member (17). The projection (40) has a sealing means (41). The sealing means (41) is directed from the gas outlet (7b) to the actuation chamber (28) so that it comes into sealing contact with the portion (43) to be sealed.

摘要: The invention relates to a valve with a level gauge for a elongated liquidfied carbon dioxide container, comprising a body, and a level gauge having at least one articulating or flexible part between a float and a rod connected on the float to move an indicating member by a detecting member fixed thereon. The flexible part allows the float to contact the inner periphery of the container, wherein the inner periphery of the container shares a part of the weight of the float, cancelling the bending moment which is produced by the weight of the float and acting on the rod.
