摘要: An asset enclosure lock system includes a systemic lock device and a systemic unlock device. The lock device has a mechanical lock portion movable between an unlocked condition and a locked condition, locking an asset enclosure by way of physical engagement of the unlock device. Each device has an encrypted unique identifier that must match for the mechanical lock portion to move to the unlocked condition. The lock device is powered only by the unlock device or in other words dependently powered. The unique identifiers can be tracked as a function of time to create timestamps and an audit trail of successful engagements of a lock device and an unlock device as well as define limited time slots where specific unlock devices with successfully engage specific lock devices.

摘要: Systems, apparatus, and methods for treating medication refractory epilepsy are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of treating epilepsy is disclosed comprising detecting, using a first electrode array coupled to a first endovascular carrier, an electrophysiological signal of a subject. The method further comprises analyzing the electrophysiological signal using a neuromodulation unit electrically coupled to the first electrode array and stimulating an intracorporeal target of the subject using a second electrode array coupled to a second endovascular carrier implanted within a part of a bodily vessel superior to a base of the skull of the subject.

摘要: The apparatus includes a housing having a dispensing location for liquid disposed above a repository for a liquid storage container. A pressurising assembly including an air pump supplies gas to pressurize the container and cause liquid to leave the container via a delivery tube. A replaceable flow assembly including a manifold 30 and a reservoir 18 conveys liquid from the delivery tube 16 to the reservoir and thence from the reservoir 18 to the dispensing location. The manifold has an underside which includes a riser tube connector 36 and a reservoir connector 40 to rigidly mount the manifold on the reservoir. An upper side of the manifold has an outlet 33 located directly above the reservoir connector 40. The manifold contains a chamber 58 configured to convey liquid from the riser tube connector 36 to the reservoir 18 and a connector 37 for feeding a second reservoir provided with a steam venting valve. A valve connector 47 connects the steam venting valve to an air passage 29 which travels through a lifting handle 46 to the reservoir 18 via the chamber 58. The flow assembly contains no check valves or bypass valves and is self-purging on replacement.

摘要: The present invention involves methods of stimulating tissue using one or more series of electrodes to apply energy through a combination of electrodes to stimulate various regions within an area of interest. Such an approach can triangulate areas where stimulation and/or treatment is needed for deep brain stimulation (DBS). In addition, the triangulation system and methods described herein can be applied to any portion of a body where stimulation of a particular area is required while using the vascular network to access tissue surrounding that particular area so that a combination of electrodes can be used to identify the region of interest that requires stimulation.

摘要: A system directed to inventory in an enclosure employs sensors and data processing to provide real time inventory management without requiring additonal user action. Adaptable to storage units such as refrigerators, cabinets and pantries, and particularly useful for tracking perishable items, object recognition rechnology generates time-stamped data identifying objects as they are placed in and removed from the enclosure, thereby enabling an associated database to maintain inventory of objects in the enclosure in real time. Embodiments further comprise sensors providing weight data for an object as it is placed in the enclosure, enabling the inventory database to track item weights. The system database enables software means to provide users actionable information such as expiration alerts, recipes, shopping lists, dietary recommendations and other information concerning food items in the enclosure.
