The locking element may comprise a first retaining section (56) for the trapping device (15) and a second retaining section (57) for a locking device (16).

    摘要: A press fit between a spline shaft and a spline hub is disclosed. The spline shaft has, on one end region, a spline-shaft toothing arranged on the outside and the spline hub has an inner spline-hub toothing which corresponds essentially to the spline shaft toothing. In the prefabricated state, the spline hub toothing is provided with an undersize in relation to the spline-shaft toothing. Those edges of the tooth flanks of the spline-shaft toothing at the front on the insertion side are designed as cutting edges which, during the insertion of the spline shaft into the spline hub come into engagement with a chipping effect on the tooth flanks of the spline-hub toothing. So as to avoid a risk emanating from these chips, the depth of insertion of the spline shaft into the spline hub is limited by a shoulder, and the distance between the cutting edge and the shoulder is smaller than the extension of the spline hub. As a result, the chips remain within the spline-hub toothing of the spline hub.

    摘要: A method for producing a connection area (4) on a work piece (1), in particular on a vehicle body plate which is to be positioned precisely with respect to a reference area (8) on the work piece (1). A robot-guided processing tool (9) is used which is permanently connected to a sensor system (13) and forms a tool/sensor combination (16) with it. In a first step, the tool/sensor combination (16) is moved, within the scope of a positioning phase (II), from a proximity position (24) which is independent of the position of the work piece (1) in the working space (23) of the robot (11), into a preliminary position (18) in which the tool/sensor combination (16) is oriented precisely with respect to the reference area (8) of the work piece (1). To move to the preliminary position (18), an iterative closed-loop control process is run through, in the course of which firstly an (actual) measured value of the sensor system (13) is generated and compared with a (setpoint) measured value generated within the scope of a setup phase. A movement vector of the tool/sensor combination (16) is calculated from the difference between the (actual) measured value and (setpoint) measured value using a Jacobi matrix which is calculated within the scope of the setup phase, and the tool/sensor combination (16) is moved by an amount equal to this movement vector. To carry out this positioning task it is possible to dispense with a metric calibration of the tool/sensor combination (16).

    摘要: The invention relates to a device and method for determining and adjusting the chassis geometry of a vehicle. In order to provide a device for determining and adjusting vehicle chassis geometry, which can be manufactured as inexpensively as possible, the invention proposes that two tracks be provided on which the vehicle can be moved from a position A to a position B, each track having two means to permit lateral relaxation of the vehicle wheels as well as rotary discs located in the area of the vehicle's front axle at position B, that a measuring sensor operating according to the principle of stereophotogrammetry is located on the outside of each of the tracks, and that means for measuring the travel of the measuring sensors and a steering-wheel balance for detecting the position of the steering wheel are provided. This configuration of the device makes it possible to create a chassis-geometry testing and adjusting rig that does not require floating plates with driven roller pairs for uniform rotation of the wheels but still permits reproducible toe and camber-angle measurements accurate down to angular minutes.
