摘要: A tool turret includes a turret body having at least one connecting slot for replaceably mounting a tool holder to the turret and a transmission shaft arranged at the connecting slot. The transmission shaft is configured to transmit a drive torque to the mounted tool holder, and includes a torque receiving-side section for receiving driving torque and a connecting-side section for connecting to the mounted tool holder. The connecting-side section has a first gearing for transmitting the drive torque to a corresponding tool holder gearing, wherein at the torque receiving-side section a contacting part is provided for receiving the torque of the drive unit. A mating surface is provided at the connecting-side section of the transmission shaft and is arranged to contact a surface of the mounted tool holder for interacting with the tool holder to remove a gap between the first gearing and the corresponding mounted tool holder gearing.

摘要: A split shaft includes a proximal shaft section having a first proximal shaft end and a second proximal shaft end. The first proximal shaft end is configured to couple to the first machine arrangement. The split shaft further includes a distal shaft section having a first distal shaft end and a second distal shaft end. The first distal shaft end is configured to couple to the second machine arrangement. The second distal shaft end is configured to engage with the second proximal shaft end to convey the drive power from the first machine arrangement to the second machine arrangement. The second proximal shaft end includes a first indicator, and the second distal shaft end includes a second indicator. Alignment of the first indicator and the second indicator conveys timing for the drive power.

摘要: A toothed coupling mechanism for an assembly of rotating elements of an aircraft gas turbine engine includes a pair of coupling halves having an axial toothed coupling interface therebetween. Each coupling half has a plurality of splined teeth inter-engaged about an axis for transmitting torque therebetween. A protrusion is located on one of the splined teeth of one of the coupling halves. A splined tooth of the other coupling half comes into contact with the protrusion in a situation of uncoupling of said coupling halves.

摘要: An electric submersible pump (ESP) assembly that includes an electric motor with a splined drive shaft with drive shaft teeth, an ESP mechanically coupled to the electric motor that includes a splined ESP shaft with ESP shaft teeth, and a downhole component mechanically coupled to the electric motor that includes a splined component shaft with component shaft teeth. Splined couplings each include a central axis and grooves through the coupling with groove sidewalls sized to receive the shaft teeth. The grooves are angled relative to the central axis to form a space on either side of each tooth in each groove for at least a portion of the overlapped length of the tooth within the groove. Each coupling is engageable with the teeth of two of the drive shaft, the pump shaft, or the component shaft to mechanically couple the electric motor, the ESP, and the downhole component.

摘要: A suspension is provided for coupling a front wheel with a chassis of an off-road vehicle. The suspension comprises upper and lower suspension arms that each includes two inboard mounting points to the chassis and one outboard rod-end joint to a spindle assembly coupled with the front wheel. A ball comprising each outboard rod-end joint is fastened by way a bolt between a pair of parallel prongs extending from the spindle assembly. The upper suspension arm is configured to facilitate coupling a strut between the lower suspension arm and the chassis. A steering rod is coupled with the spindle assembly by way of a steering rod-end joint that is disposed forward of a drive axle, thereby decreasing leverage of the front wheel on the steering rod and substantially eliminating bump steer that may occur due to rough terrain.

摘要: A transmission shaft automatic connection and disengagement device and test equipment. An input shaft drives a transmission shaft to rotate through a second connection shaft, a ratchet assembly, a first connection shaft and an output shaft so as to apply an acceleration torque, gears of the input shaft and the first connection shaft can be completely engaged and completely separated through extension and retraction of piston rods of a first group of air cylinders and a second group of air cylinders so as to achieve an effect that when a driving shaft needs to perform driving, a power system gets involved, and after driving is completed, the power system is cut off, and through the ratchet assembly, the transmission shaft can be prevented from driving a motor to work in reverse.

摘要: A spline adapter assembly for connecting a torque converter one-way clutch to a shaft for testing. The spline adapter assembly includes an inner race ring including a radially outer roller body contact surface and a radially inner interface surface, and an adapter having a radially outer interface surface that is complementary to and engaged with the radially inner interface surface of the inner race ring and a radially inner shaft interface surface. The inner race ring of the spline adapter assembly replaces the original inner one-way clutch race ring and can be machined for each assembly being tested in order to provide the proper radially outer roller body contact surface configuration, and is connected to a universal adapter that mates with the test equipment.

摘要: A connecting device for the connection of mechanical shaft parts with a first connector section for connection to a first shaft part, a second connector section for connection to a second shaft part, and a locking mechanism. The first connector section can be connected to a mating section of the first shaft part for the transmission of torque. The locking mechanism, which is functionally independent of the transmission of torque and includes at least one displaceable element, prevents the release of the first connector section from the mating section of the first shaft part. The displaceable element of the locking mechanism can be moved between a release position, in which the first connector section can be released from the mating section, and a blocking position, which prevents release of the mating section from the first connector section. In some aspects, the locking mechanism may include an annular actuating element.

摘要: A track deviation sensing mechanism for a steering column includes a sleeve having an inner wall and an outer wall defining an annular opening. The inner wall defines a plurality of internal splines and the sleeve receives the steering column. A sensor has a first axial opening, and a ring is disposed within the first axial opening. The ring defines a second axial opening for accommodating the sleeve. A first part is functionally disposed between the sleeve and the ring such that the first part is lockingly connected to the sleeve and the ring. The first part has a third axial opening. A second part has a fourth axial opening and locks the sensor and the first part at a prerequisite configuration. The first axial opening, the second axial opening, the third axial opening, the fourth axial opening and the annular opening are coaxial.
