    摘要: A method for carrying out eye surgery comprises a comparison of images recorded before surgery with images recorded during surgery in order to generate a marker which represents a target orientation of an intraocular lens or a difference between a current orientation and the target orientation of the intraocular lens. An eye surgery system respectively comprises an imaging system which is used during a surgery and has a camera, and a diagnostic system which is used before surgery and which also has a camera. The imaging system used during surgery comprises an image processing device in order to perform a computation based on the recorded images, and in order to determine a respective orientation value, from which a representation of a marker representing the target orientation of the intraocular lens is obtained.

At least one low and one high-frequency signal are formed based on the digital image signal of the image data; the low-frequency signal component is modified using a characteristic-curve function; and then the modified, low-frequency signal is again added to the high-frequency signal component. In order to prevent the occurrence of distracting artifacts, so-called “halos”, the formation of the low-frequency signal component to be modified is formed in dependence upon the high-frequency image components.

The reflected or transmitted light scanner further comprises a memory device for storing the image and defect signals, pixel by pixel; a computing device for generating low-pass signals from the image signals; a memory device for storing the low-pass signals, pixel by pixel; and a correction device for selecting between the image signal and the low-pass signal, or a combination of image signal and low-pass signal, for each pixel, in dependence upon the value or the position of the defect signal for the respective pixel.

In the method, an image of the patient eye is obtained and a plurality of different ring-shaped comparison objects having respective radii and respective centers are provided. The image is correlated with the plurality of comparison objects to yield a local best match between the image and the comparison objects when there is a coincidence of one of the ring-shaped comparison objects and a ring-shaped jump in brightness in the image having the same radius and the same center. The comparison objects having a local best match with the image are determined. Thereafter, the position of the center of the comparison object having a local best match with the image is selected as the position of the center of the limbus and/or the position of the center of the pupil.
