    摘要: A dishwasher has a unitary spray and deflector disc member in spaced relation with its wash chamber top wall of a diameter so as to extend a sufficient distance across the chamber to intercept upwardly directed sprays of water. A diametrical spray conduit is incorporated with the disc including inlet means for accepting water from a top wall feed line for flow into two radial discharge streams to maintain the conduit full of water while exiting spray port means at each end of the conduit cause rotation of the disc. The water entering the disc inlet means and exiting the spray port means imparts stability to the disc to reduce the sound level within the chamber caused by impinging sprays thereon.

    摘要: An electronic control valve having a valve stationary portion defining a substantially central bore extending along an axis of the valve, and a valve train including a movable member of the valve. The valve train moveable member is disposed in the central bore, and the valve train is adapted for reciprocal movement along the axis. A mass is engaged is with the valve train and adapted for reciprocal movement along the axis. A biasing means is disposed between the valve train and the mass. Reciprocal movements of the mass along the axis induced by forces exerted along the axis by the valve train are transmitted through the biasing means, whereby reciprocal movement of the valve train along the axis is dynamically reduced by the mass.

Each link has a first end pivotably engaged to the plate and a second end provided with coupling means for releasably coupling the drive hub and the drive pulley for unified rotation through operative engagement with the receptacles in a device engaged state, the coupling means and the receptacles out of operative engagement in a device released state. The coupling means and the receptacles have relative axial movements induced by relative rotation between the drive pulley and the drive hub. Transition from the device engaged state to the device released state is induced by the relative axial movements of the coupling means and the receptacles.

    摘要: A variable displacement refrigerant compressor includes a plurality of axially reciprocating pistons connected to a non-rotary wobble plate. A drive shaft supplies a rotational input to axially reciprocate the pistons within their respective cylinders. Gaseous refrigerant is admitted to each cylinder through a suction valve and discharged from each cylinder through a discharge valve. Each discharge valve opens to a common discharge cavity, wherein one fluid outlet provides egress for all refrigerant discharged from each of the cylinders. A variable restriction attenuator is disposed in the discharge cavity. The attenuator includes a first orifice having a movable valve member biased into sealing engagement therewith. The attenuator also includes at least one second orifice through which discharge fluid bypasses the movable valve member and first orifice and flows directly to the fluid outlet. The movable valve member may be either a spherical ball, poppet or flapper type valve.

The destroker operates at a predetermined compressor speed to communicate the discharge side of the compressor with its sealed crankcase to thereby provide a controlled discharge gas bleed thereto to destroke the compressor to a desired displacement. Then after the speed is reduced below such trigger speed, the destroker mechanism operates to return the compressor to its normal stroke control condition.

    摘要: A wobble plate compressor includes a non-rotary socket plate mounted on a journal of a rotary drive plate. The drive plate includes a bushing and a needle-type thrust bearing to accommodate relative rotary movement between the plates. The socket plate and drive plate are retained together by an assembly including a square-edged annular channel formed in a recessed journal, a thrust washer for engaging the journal and the bushing and a dished retaining ring. The dished retaining ring also includes square edges mating with the adjacent sides of the channel. The retaining ring engages the thrust washer so as to provide a preload force to seat the washer on the journal and for biasing the socket plate against the thrust bearing. The retaining ring is characterized by a three degree dish angle when compressed between two flat parallel surfaces with an applied load of 30N.
