摘要: A pump displacement control device includes: a servo piston that changes a tilt angle; a flow rate control spool that is displaced corresponding to an input pressure; a power control spool that is displaced corresponding to a discharge pressure of the pump; a control pressure regulating spool that regulates a control pressure which controls the servo piston; and a feedback lever connected to the servo piston and the control pressure regulating spool. The feedback lever directly abut on either one of the flow rate control spool or the power control spool for regulating the control pressure.

摘要: A variable displacement piston pump, having: a housing, a pivot assembly to pivot between minimal and maximum pivot angles; a pump cover defining an actuator bore with an actuator piston, an actuator arm extending from the actuator piston to the pivot assembly; and an electronic control unit (ECU) coupled to the pump, the ECU having: a pump controller, a linear variable differential transducer (LVDT) coupled to the pump controller and the actuator piston, and an electrohydraulic solenoid valve (EHSV) coupled to the pump controller, the ECU is configured to: determine a pivot differential for the pivot assembly between a target pivot angle and a current pivot angle; determine a position differential for the actuator piston, corresponding to the pivot differential of the pivot assembly; control the EHSV to move the actuator piston by the position differential; and determine, from the LVDT, that the actuator piston moved by the position differential.

摘要: Described are a compressor driving apparatus and a refrigerator including the same. The compressor driving apparatus includes: switching elements; an inverter; an output current detector for detecting an output current flowing through a motor; and an inverter controller for controlling the inverter. The inverter controller controls the piston so that one end of the piston is fixed at a first position spaced apart from the discharge unit at stroke of the piston during a first period, controls the piston to collide with the discharge unit when a change rate in an operation rate or a position error of the compressor is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, and controls the piston so that the one end of the piston is fixed at a second position spaced apart from the discharge unit at stroke of the piston during a second period after the collision of the piston.

摘要: Systems and methods for controlling a pump system for use in negative pressure wound therapy are described herein. In some embodiments, a method for controlling a pump system includes causing provision of negative pressure, via a flow path, to a wound dressing configured to be positioned over a wound, the flow path configured to fluidically connect the pump system to the wound dressing, measuring a first pressure value in the flow path at a first time, measuring a second pressure value in the flow path at a second time, calculating a first rate of pressure change using the first and second pressure values, and in response to determining that the calculated first rate of pressure change satisfies a threshold rate of change, providing an indication that the wound dressing is full, wherein the method is performed under control of a controller of the pump system.

摘要: A pump system comprises an electric motor, a pump, a converter and a controller. The electric motor has a rotational output shaft that is rotatable in a first rotational direction and an opposite second rotational direction. The pump has a linearly displaceable input shaft that is movable in a first linear direction and an opposite second linear direction. The converter couples the output shaft to the input shaft such that rotation of the output shaft in the first rotational direction translates the input shaft in the first linear direction, and rotation of the output shaft in the second rotational direction translates the input shaft in the second linear direction. The controller repeatedly reverses rotation of the output shaft to produce reciprocating motion of the input shaft.

摘要: A method for operating a linear compressor includes measuring a current induced in a motor of the linear compressor and calculating an observed current of the motor of the linear compressor using at least an electrical dynamic model for the linear compressor and a robust integral of the sign of the error feedback. The method also includes detecting a head crash within the linear compressor if an error between the observed current of the motor of the linear compressor and the measured current induced in the motor of the linear compressor is greater than a crash threshold.
