    摘要: A variable displacement swash-plate compressor includes an actuator that is configured to change the inclination angle of a swash plate. The actuator includes a movable body that moves along a drive shaft axis. The movable body includes an acting portion that is configured to push the swash plate with the pressure in a control pressure chamber. The swash plate includes a receiving portion that contacts and is pushed by the acting portion. The acting portion and the receiving portion contact each other at an acting position. A drive-shaft-parallel line segment is defined that contains the acting position and connects a proximal end of the acting portion and a proximal end of the receiving portion to each other, while extending in parallel with the drive shaft axis. The drive-shaft-parallel line segment is shorter when the inclination angle of the swash plate is maximized than when the inclination angle is minimized.

    摘要: An electronic control valve having a valve stationary portion defining a substantially central bore extending along an axis of the valve, and a valve train including a movable member of the valve. The valve train moveable member is disposed in the central bore, and the valve train is adapted for reciprocal movement along the axis. A mass is engaged is with the valve train and adapted for reciprocal movement along the axis. A biasing means is disposed between the valve train and the mass. Reciprocal movements of the mass along the axis induced by forces exerted along the axis by the valve train are transmitted through the biasing means, whereby reciprocal movement of the valve train along the axis is dynamically reduced by the mass.

    摘要: Variable displacement compressor is provided with a displacement control valve (2) that can change an opening degree of supplying passage (44, 46) between a valve seat (VS) and a valve body (VB), thereby changing the pressure in a crank chamber (9). The displacement control valve (2) is accommodated within a control valve chamber (5c) in a rear housing (5) and fixed in place by means of a circlip (50). A cutout (50g) is formed between the displacement control valve (2) and the circlip (50) and/or between the circlip (50) and the rear housing (5). A clearance (C) formed by the cutout (50g) and the like inhibits the transmission of vibrations caused by impacts between the valve seat (VS) and the valve body (VB). This makes the variable displacement compressor quiet, reduces costs by obviating the need for additional components, and results in excellent durability.

    摘要: There is provided a flow rate control valve of a constant flow-rate control type, which is simple in construction. The flow rate control valve is configured, by regarding a evaporator as a restriction passage, to include a constant differential pressure control valve for controlling the differential pressure before and after pressure loss caused by passage of refrigerant through the evaporator to be substantially constant. In the constant differential pressure control valve, a valve element receives pressure from the outlet of the flow rate control valve in a valve-closing direction, and a piston receives pressure from the outlet of the evaporator in a valve-opening direction. By controlling the differential pressure between pressure at the inlet of the evaporator and the pressure at the outlet of the evaporator such that it is substantially constant, the constant differential pressure control valve causes the refrigerant to flow into the evaporator at a constant flow rate dependent on electric current that energizes a solenoid. This makes it unnecessary to form a restriction passage in the flow rate control valve, and hence the construction of the flow rate control valve can be simplified, which makes it possible to provide a flow rate control valve manufactured at low cost.
