    Abstract: An exercise suit which has a pair of stretchable pants (20) and a pull-over top (44) with a lower body reinforcing segment (38) attached, in the middle only, to the pants and a upper body reinforcing collar (54) attached, in the middle only, to the top. A leg band (42) encircle the legs (24) and the side bands (58) are affixed to the respective reinforcing collar. The leg bands (42) grip the wearer's feet creating a continuous loop from the waist to the feet. Hook and loop tape (40) allow the reinforcing segment (38) to be adjusted in tension around the wearer's waist and similarly adjusted knee pads (32) cover the knees in the pants legs (24). The resilience of the suit combined with the looped bands create a resistance to movement providing exercise to the wearer's muscles during physical activity.

    Abstract: A bra sport top provides enhanced posture and increased breast support for women engaging in athletic activities. Over-shoulder harnesses encircle each shoulder and serve to urge them back. Cross braces interconnect the two over-shoulder harnesses in a crosswise manner between the shoulder blades. A support belt traveling through a slip sleeve encircles the wearer's torso below the breast and shoulder blades. Interconnecting the over-shoulder harnesses and the slip sleeve are breast-tensioning panels that compress and restrain the breasts so as to prevent any damage to the breast tissue. The left and right breast-tensioning panels may be interconnected by a detachable coupling means or may be connected by elastic bands or the like. Alternative embodiments allow for different directional support of the underlying breast tissue by the breast-tensioning panels.

    Abstract: A resistive exercise suit has a resistive shirt and resistive exercise trousers. The resistive exercise shirt uses tension bands on sleeve fronts and backs and attachment to central elastic blocks on the front and back of the shirt. Both the tension bands and the elastic blocks are incorporated into the shirt and provide means by which resistance can be made against arm movements. Thumb stirrups form the sleeve ends and serve as means by which the hands may engage the tension bands and apply resistance against the arms and their muscles. The tension bands may be adjustably attached to the elastic blocks. The thumb stirrups may also be adjustable. Front and back flaps form an adjustably attachable shirttail that may pass between the wearer's legs in order to ensure a snug and secure fit of the resistive exercise shin to the wearer. Connection of the front and back flaps ensure that the resistive exercise shirt does not ride up on the wearer. The resistive exercise trousers fit snugly upon the wearer and have adjustable suspenders and stirrups. The stirrups pass about the feet of the wearer and apply tension to the resistive exercise trousers in conjunction with the adjustable suspenders. Vertical resistive panels running along the length of each pant leg of the resistive exercise trousers serve to resist the motion of the leg in any direction. Motion of the leg requires greater muscular effort and serve to tone and develop the muscles of the leg.

The preferred tension-creating device comprises two to twenty elastic rings. Other versions have the band attached to a shirt or other article of clothing.
