    摘要: A first voltage-to-current converter converts a difference voltage between a command voltage and a reference voltage into a current. A second voltage-to-current converter converts a difference voltage between a positive output terminal and a negative output terminal of a PWM drive apparatus into a current. A low-pass filter is connected to a connection point between an output terminal of the first voltage-to-current converter and an output terminal of the second voltage-to-current converter. An amplifier amplifies a difference voltage between a voltage at the connection point and a reference voltage. A PWM modulator PWM-modulates an output voltage of the amplifier. A drive section drives a load in accordance with an output signal of the PWM modulator.

At start-up, during a time period in which a voltage difference between an output of the reference voltage source and an output of the low-pass filter exceeds a predetermined value, an output impedance of the first voltage buffer circuit is controlled based on an output signal of the hysteresis comparator. At start-up, the low-pass filter that reduces noise is charged with a low impedance rapidly, and thus an output voltage can be stabilized rapidly.

    摘要: In the voltage supply circuit, a reference voltage generating circuit generates a reference voltage. An operational amplifier circuit generates an output voltage on the basis of the reference voltage. A selection circuit has at least two first terminals to select one of the first terminals and to generate a passed output voltage representing the output voltage passed through the first terminal selected. A second terminal receives the passed output voltage and is capable of outputting the passed output voltage to a load circuit. A detection circuit detects a magnitude of the passed output voltage and generates a detection voltage. The selection circuit selects a voltage corresponding to the passed output voltage generated from among at least two of the detection voltages and generates a detection voltage representing the detection voltage selected. The operational amplifier circuit decreases the difference between the reference voltage and the selected detection voltage.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an oscillator outputting two triangle waves having the same amplitude and whose phases are inverted; and a pulse width modulator using the oscillator. A capacitor 3 is charged or discharged by a charge pump circuit 2 controlled by a Schmitt circuit 1, and a voltage integrated by a two-output differential amplification circuit 6 is positively fed back to the input of the Schmitt circuit 1 to output two triangle waves having the same amplitude and whose phases are inverted. Since the output stage is composed of a differential amplification circuit, the circuit has low output impedance and is protected from wiring capacity and connected input capacity, and since integral operation is caused to be performed by the differential amplification circuit, the distortion in the waveform of the triangle waves can be prevented.
