摘要： The disclosure is directed to methods, treatment regimens, uses, kits and therapies for treating Generalized Pustular Psoriasis (GPP). These methods, treatment regimens, uses, kits and therapies utilize, inter alia, administration of an IL-17 antagonist, e.g., an IL-17 antibody, such as secukinumab. Additionally disclosed are improved methods for treating plaque-type psoriasis that utilize up-titration and down-titration of the IL-17 antagonist, e.g., an IL-17 antibody, such as secukinumab, as well as modification of dose frequency. Further disclosed are methods of treating palmoplantar pustular psoriasis using the disclosed IL-17 antagonists, e.g., IL-17 antibodies, such as secukinumab.

摘要： An ASIC includes a receiving unit, a transmission interface, a reception interface, a buffer, and a control unit. When the receiving unit receives a second write request while the transmission interface is in process of transmitting to a transmission line a first write request and write data, the control unit causes the receiving unit to store the second write request in the buffer. When the receiving unit receives a read request while the second write request is present in the buffer, the control unit causes the receiving unit to send the read request to the transmission interface prior to the second write request.

The circuitry estimates second label information to be given to the facial expression image based on an interpolated image generated using the facial expression image and line-of-sight information indicating a direction of a line of sight of an annotator, the direction being detected at a time when the input is received. The circuitry calculates a difference between the first label information of which the input is received and the estimated second label information. The circuitry updates a parameter used for processing of estimating the second label information based on the calculated difference.
