    摘要: An anode substrate constituted of a conductive film forming substrate and a reinforcing substrate having different thermal expansion coefficient and being bonded together by the arrangement of adhesive layers is disclosed. The substrate can prevent creation of cracks on the conductive film forming substrate when heating and cooling the anode substrate. The adhesive layers are arranged at an interval, each of the adhesive layers being formed into a shape selected from a group consisting of a rectangular strip shape and a curved strip shape. The adhesive layers are arranged in a pattern to be symmetry with respect to a center line of the arrangement of the adhesive layers extending perpendicular to a line connecting both longitudinal ends of the arrangement of the adhesive layer. Furthermore, the adhesive layers include an outer adhesive portion located outward among remaining adhesive layers, and the outer adhesive layers are arranged shorter than the remaining adhesive layers.

    摘要: A write head for a fluorescent printer which is capable of being prevented from being adversely affected by charging of electrons and opposite control electrodes and capable of forming an electrode pattern with high precision. Anodes 7 are arranged on a glass substrate 1 in a main scanning direction to constitute anode arrays in juxtaposition to each other, so that the anode arrays are arranged in two rows extending in a sub-scanning direction. The two anode arrays are so provided that the anodes 7 corresponding to each other in both anode arrays are arranged in a zigzag arrangement. Each pair of adjacent anodes 7 which correspond to each other in both anode arrays and are arranged so as to alternate in the zigzag arrangement include anode conductors 2 connected to each other through a wiring conductor 3a. The respective anode arrays are surrounded by groups of control electrodes 4a and 4b electrically independent from each other, respectively. Both groups of control electrodes 4a and 4b are arranged so as to be opposite to each other at an intermediate position between both anode arrays. The write head of the present invention is free of any insulating layer.

    摘要: A field emission type fluorescent display device capable of exhibiting high luminescence under a low voltage while minimizing leakage luminescence and color mixing, to thereby improve display quality. An anode and a field emission cathode are arranged opposite to each other and the cathode is divided into a plurality of unit regions in a matrix-like configuration, which are matrix-driven, resulting in a display being selectively carried out. The unit regions each are divided into a plurality of subregions and the cathode and anode are divided into a plurality of strip-like electrodes perpendicular to each other, respectively. The strip-like electrodes each correspond to each of subregions and are commonly connected to each other at every second interval. Also, a focusing electrode may be arranged between the gate and the anode so as to surround the unit regions.
