    摘要: A dual-drop mode for a printer uses at least two full length waveforms and switches between the waveforms according to one or more patterning methodologies to print a page length document having a dual drop size print pattern across the printed portion of the page. This achieves printing from individual jet nozzles of either a large drop or a small drop. The page size patterning methodology is performed globally on at least a sub-page basis, rather than on a pixel-by-pixel basis and may be performed based on or independent of specific image data.
