    摘要: A rotational angle sensor and a method for manufacturing the same, and a throttle control device with a rotational angle sensor, which may lower the cost, are provided. The rotational angle sensor includes each sensor IC for detecting a rotational angle of a rotor based on a magnetic field generated between a pair of magnets respectively disposed across the rotational axis of the rotor; each main terminal connected with each connection terminal of each sensor IC; and a holder member for holding each sensor IC and connection portions of each main terminal on each sensor side. A sensor assembly is constructed to form the sensor ICs the main terminals and the holder member into an assembly. A potting material is potted into the holder member.

    摘要: A rotational angle detecting device has a pair of permanent magnets and an angle sensor. Electrical connecting terminals are connected to the angle sensor and further connected to conductors. The conductors have seconds ends opposite to the first ends and serving as connector terminals of the connector. In one embodiment, the rotational angle detecting device includes a first resin-molded portion and a second resin-molded portion. The first resin-molded portion includes at least the electrical connecting terminals, a part of the angle sensor and the first ends of the conductors embedded within a first resin. The second resin-molded portion includes portions of the conductors embedded within a second resin. In another embodiment, capacitors are connected to the connector conductors. The angle sensor has a magnetic detecting element positioned substantially perpendicularly to the rotational axis of the rotary section. The connector conductors have parallel portions extending substantially parallel to the rotational axis. A portion of the angle sensor assembly extending from the angle sensor to the parallel portions of the connector conductors has a substantially L-shaped configuration. The capacitor(s) is disposed on the same side as the magnetic detecting element with respect to the L-shaped portion.

    摘要: A throttle control device includes a motor coupled to the throttle shaft, so that the throttle valve rotates to open and close an intake air channel as the motor is driven. A detection device serves to detect the degree of opening of the throttle valve and includes a pair of magnets and a sensor. The magnets are mounted to the throttle shaft via a magnet support and are positioned to oppose each other across the rotational axis of the throttle shaft in order to produce a uniform magnetic field. The sensor is mounted to the throttle body and serves to detect a direction of the magnetic field produced by the magnets, so that the detection device outputs a signal representing the degree of opening of the throttle valve.

    摘要: A sensor for a throttle control device. The throttle control device includes a throttle body. A throttle valve is disposed within an intake air channel defined within the throttle body. A speed or gear reduction mechanism is coupled between a motor and the throttle valve. A sensor detects the rotational position, i.e., the rotational angle, of the motor and has a movable section and a fixed sensing section. The movable section is attached to a rotary shaft of the motor, so that the movable section rotates as the rotary shaft rotates. The fixed sensing section is mounted to the throttle body and is disposed within the movable section. By detecting the rotation of the motor a computing section can accurately determine the degree of opening of the throttle valve. The sensor outputs the degree of opening of the throttle valve.
