Provided is an information processing apparatus including: a receiving unit which receives event information capable of specifying a type of an event; a template acquiring unit which acquires a template of the event of the type specified by the event information received by the receiving unit as a template which becomes a source of an editing list of a plurality of scenes; an editing list creating unit which creates the editing list of the plurality of scenes based on the template acquired by the template acquiring unit; and a digest creating unit which creates data of the plurality of scenes included in the editing list created by the editing list creating unit from one or more photographed materials acquired from another information processing apparatus and creates a digest by combining the created data of the plurality of scenes.

A method for editing an image on a display unit, an apparatus for executing the method and a computer program product for the method, wherein a predetermined CG object is designated in an image on the display unit, and in order to edit the image, a first command list for speech, motion, moving image reproduction or audio reproduction is displayed on the display unit, a command for editing the designated CG object is selected from the first command list and executed for the designated CG object. In the method of editing the image on the display screen and the apparatus for executing the method, the position information of the CG object located in the CG studio on the display unit and the information on the position and orientation of the camera for imaging the CG studio are read from a memory, it is determined whether the CG object selected by the pointing device is a CG character or a property, the information on the position to which the pointing icon has moved on the display unit by manipulating the pointing device is acquired, and the selected CG object is moved to the position to which the pointing icon has moved. Based on the information on the position to which the CG object has moved, the data on the character set-up window is updated in the case where the CG object is a CG character, and the data on the studio set-up window is updated in the case where the CG object is a property. The selected CG object can be dragged to the desired position by the pointing device.

The oil inflow hole 20b includes an area overlapping oil inlet communication holes 1 of plates 5 within a region inside an annular grove 20a of the base plate 20, and has a planar shape extending beyond the outer rim of the overlapping area. Thus, in the base plate constituting a contact end when the oil cooler is mounted to the engine block, a decrease in communication resistance of the oil communication hole provided therein as well as a smooth circulation of oil is achieved.

A heat exchanger comprises tubular elements and fin members. The tubular elements are made of an aluminum alloy containing 0.05 to 1.0 wt % of Mg, 0.2 to 1.2 wt % of Si, 0.2 to 1.5 wt % of Mn, 0.01 to 0.5 wt % of Fe, as necessary components, and further containing at least one of 0.05 to 0.3 wt % of Cr and 0.01 to 0.05 wt % of Ti, as optional auxiliary components, and 0.05 or less wt % of Cu as a controlled impurity, the balance being aluminum and unavoidable impurities. The fin members are made of another aluminum alloy containing 0.05 to 1.0 wt % of Mg, 0.2 to 1.2 wt % of Si, 0.2 to 1.5 wt % of Mn, 0.01 to 0.5 wt % of Fe, and further containing at least one of 0.01 to 0.1 wt % of In and 0.1 to 2.0 wt % of Zn as necessary components, and still further containing at least one or of 0.05 to 0.3 wt % of Cr and 0.01 to 0.05 wt % of Ti as optional auxiliary components, and 0.05 wt % or less of Cu as a controlled impurity, the balance being aluminum and unavoidable impurities.
Abstract:
A water-cooled multi-cylinder internal combustion engine comprises a water jacket which extends deeper towards the crank case than conventional water jackets without increasing the width of the water jacket. As a result, the lubricating oil in the crank case is effectively cooled by the cooling water. Further, the narrower and deeper water jacket improves the overall cooling efficiency of the cylinder block and the reduced volume of the water jacket speeds up the warm-up of the engine. Casting of this cylinder block is made possible by providing projections at the bottom ends of the water jacket intermediate between adjacent cylinders. These projections facilitates the process of pulling out the core for defining the water jacket during the casting process from the water jacket of the cylinder block without causing any undue stress either to the core or to the cylinder block.
