摘要: A sound capture device is disclosed, including plural microphone capsules, distributed over portion P of sphere S circumscribed between two or three planes perpendicular to each other, the three planes intersecting at a point corresponding to the center of the sphere S, and the two planes intersecting at a straight line passing through the center of the sphere S, and the sphere portion P being such that P=n S/8, with n=1,2; and a processing unit connected to the capsules to receive the signals captured by the capsules. The processing unit is arranged to matrix the signals in an ambisonic representation which retains only the ambisonic components associated with spherical harmonics that are symmetrical in relation to at least two of the aforementioned planes, and process a matrix thus obtained to identify a sound source surrounding the sphere portion and interpret a sound signal from the source.

摘要: A micrometric speaker includes a frame, an electromechanical transducer, and a mechanical-acoustic transducer comprising a rigid plate movably mounted in the frame. The electromechanical transducer comprises two piezoelectric actuators and two elastic strips. The frame comprises a central crossmember from which the two strips extend until engaging two lateral coupling edges of the mechanical-acoustic transducer, and the mechanical-acoustic transducer comprises two linearising springs each extending from one of the lateral edges to the rigid plate, to enable, during a deformation of the strips, a movement of the two lateral edges to the central crossmember and reduce the longitudinal constraints applied to the strips during their deformation due to their “recessed-guided” bending configuration.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention relates to an acoustic metamaterial, as well as to a method for manufacturing the same. The acoustic metamaterial includes a plurality of channels or columns each having the same cross-section with a hydraulic radius between 5 and 300 μm, which channels or columns are arranged with a periodic spacing between 2 and 600 μm. This results in a highly dense network that can provide optimal acoustic absorption and/or impedance over a wide frequency range. The method for manufacturing the same includes additive manufacturing with a plurality of consecutive material deposition steps to form, in each step, a layer comprising a plurality of periodically repeated cells separated by walls. The layers deposited in the consecutive material deposition steps are stacked with their respective cells aligned to form channels.

摘要: A method is provided for positioning a micro- or nano-object on a planar support by displacement performed under visual control, wherein the micro- or nano-object is immersed in a transparent medium, called ambient medium, having a refractive index n3; the planar support comprises a transparent substrate of refractive index n0>n3 on which is deposited at least one optically absorbent layer, adapted to behave as antireflection coating when it is lit at normal incidence with a lighting wavelength λ through the substrate; and the visual control comprises the lighting of the micro- or nano-object at least with the wavelength λ through the substrate, and the observation thereof also through the substrate. A method to scanning probe microscopy and to the assembly of nanostructures is provided.

摘要: Some embodiments are directed to a system for measuring vibrations of a surface of a mechanical part, by digital holography. The system includes a source of radiation emitting in a predetermined range of frequencies, a first separator element configured to define a first incident ray and a reference ray, a module for shaping a second incident ray from the first incident ray, and an optical element configured to make the reference ray and a radiation produced by a reflection of the incident ray on the surface of the mechanical part interfere. The module for shaping the second incident ray includes diffracting optical elements having a diffraction structure to diffract the incident radiation. The structure is from a polymer, sol-gel or photoresin material resting against a glass substrate, the structure including elements etched in a plane parallel and/or orthogonal to the substrate, with dimensions from 100 nanometres to 100 micrometres.
