    摘要: A processing installation for devolatilization of polymer melts comprises a first extruder and a second extruder arranged downstream thereof in a direction of conveyance. The first extruder comprises several rotatably drivable first shafts which are provided with first treatment members and several devolatilization zones with associated devolatilization ports. Correspondingly, the second extruder comprises several rotatably drivable second shafts which are provided with second treatment members and several second devolatilization zones with associated devolatilization ports. The first treatment members have an external diameter which is smaller than or equal to that of the second treatment members. A devolatilization unit is arranged in a transfer zone which interconnects the extruders. The devolatilization unit comprises a perforated plate and a clearance arranged downstream in the direction of conveyance. A control unit is configured in such a way that when the processing installation is operated, the speed of the second shafts is lower than the speed of the first shafts. The processing installation allows a high devolatilization performance and a high polymer throughput to be achieved at the same time. A throttle is arranged in the transfer zone upstream of the devolatilization unit when seen in the direction of conveyance, with the position of the throttle being adjustable by means of the control unit.

    摘要: An idling speed adjusting mechanism for injection pumps in which a pivotal connection for raising the idling rotational speed is adjustable against a spring force by way of an adjusting mechanism arranged externally at the pump housing and adjustable against the spring force. The adjusting mechanism includes an adjusting motor formed in particular by an expansion element which is extensible with a temperature increase in the spring prestress direction. The adjusting motor is connected with the pivotal spring connection by way of an intermediate member displaceable between abutments fixed at the housing. The intermediate member, in turn, is spring-loaded with a temperature increase opposite the extension direction of the adjusting piston of the adjusting motor.

    摘要: A processing installation for devolatilization of polymer melts comprises a first extruder and a second extruder arranged downstream thereof in a direction of conveyance. The first extruder comprises several rotatably drivable first shafts which are provided with first treatment members and several devolatilization zones with associated devolatilization ports. A devolatilization unit is arranged in a transfer zone which interconnects the extruders. The devolatilization unit comprises a perforated plate and a clearance arranged downstream in the direction of conveyance. A control unit is configured in such a way that when the processing installation is operated, the speed of the second shafts is lower than the speed of the first shafts. The processing installation allows a high devolatilization performance and a high polymer throughput to be achieved at the same time. A throttle is arranged in the transfer zone upstream of the devolatilization unit when seen in the direction of conveyance, with the position of the throttle being adjustable by means of the control unit.

    摘要: The invention concerns a halter having a halter clamp connecting to a nosepiece, a head piece and two chin straps which are suspended in eyelets on both ends and between the ends of the clamp body. In order to avoid the danger of the origin of chafe marks on the horse's head and the danger of collisions with the harness bit snaffle ring, the clamp body of the halter clamp is crescent-shaped in the plane of the horse's head against which the clamp lies, and also laterally curved away from the horse's head. The upper eyelet is preferably round and is provided for suspension of the upper chin strap as well as of the halter head piece. Spindles on this eyelet serve for better fixing of the halter parts. The lower chin strap is fastened to the lower eyelet and the nose piece is fastened to the middle eyelet.
