    摘要: The invention relates to a method which enables sleepers to be produced for the railway track superstructure having optimised performance characteristics, in a reliable and cost-effective manner. The method according to the invention provides the following production steps: a) providing a mixture 10-60 % mass of which consists of a granulate of a plastic, which is deformable by applying heat, and the remainder of which consists of a sand having a bulk density of 1.4-2.0 g/cm3; b) heating the mixture to a temperature of 150-200 ° C.; c) pouring the mixture into a press mould reproducing the sleeper; d) pressing the mixture in the mould at a pressing pressure measured in the mixture of 1-5 MPa over a pressing period of up to 60 minutes; and e) removing the sleeper from the mould.

    摘要: The invention relates to a tension clamp for the holding of a rail for rail vehicles and a rail fastening point. The tension clamp has a central section having two legs, two torsional sections connected thereto and leading away laterally in an outwards direction having a supporting zone, and two supporting arms connected to the torsional sections. The supporting arms run to the front face of the tension clamp and have a spring section and a support section with a supporting zone. The fact that the support sections point laterally in an outwards direction such that the straight lines which in each case connect the centers of the supporting zones and the torsional section allocated to the supporting arm in an area on the rear face of the tension element increases the natural frequencies of the tension clamp such that they are outside of stimulation frequencies that occur in practice.

The plate element has an opening leading from the upper side thereof associated with the rail to be fastened to the underside thereof associated with the base, through which a fastening element for fastening the plate element onto the base is guided during use, which engages with an anchor fitting countersunk into the base, and a fastening point at which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened to a fixed base. The plate element enables the fastening of a rail onto a fixed base, ensuring optimum electrical insulation. This is achieved by a ring element made from a flexibly resilient material sitting in the region of the mouth of the opening associated with the base.

    摘要: A rail fastening arrangement in which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened to a base, and to a shim. The rail fastening arrangement includes two guide plates, of which one guide plate respectively is associated with one of the longitudinal sides of the rail, and a shim which is arranged between the base and the rail. The shim, at its top, has a contact area on which the rail is supported, and, at its bottom, has a supporting surface by way of which the shim is supported on the base. The contact area and the supporting surface of the shim, viewed in a section located transversely to the longitudinal extension of the rail, enclose an acute angle. The edge at which the shim is thinner is arranged beneath the rail, fastening of rails oriented at a cant relative to the vertical in the region of points.
