    摘要: A steam condenser (1) which, relative to a steam turbine (2), is arranged at equal ground level and into which turbine steam flows in the horizontal direction through the condenser neck (3) has two or more modules (4a, 4b) in which the steam condenses on cooling tubes (10). The modules (4a, 4b) are, in accordance with the invention, separated by a defined intermediate space (7). The central, mutually facing module walls (9) are supported and connected to one another by connecting parts (8). This arrangement contributes to a defined stress distribution in the central module walls (9). In a particular embodiment, bypass conduits (20), which lead the steam from the boiler directly into the steam condenser (1) while bypassing the turbine (2), are arranged in the intermediate space (7). For this purpose, the bypass conduits (20) lead to a steam introduction appliance (21), which is arranged at the condenser neck (3) at the level of the intermediate space (7). Because of this positioning, the flow of the turbine steam (22) into the steam condenser (1) is not hindered.

    摘要: A high-speed water separator comprising a multiplicity of spaced, hollow deflection vanes located in the change of direction plane of a pipe elbow. The suction openings present on the concave vane side are holes located in rows along the vane, these holes being provided with a cover strip extending over the complete row. There is a distance between the cover strip and the vane surface in the plane of the openings and upstream of the openings. Downstream of the openings, the cover strip is connected with the vane surface so as to be water-tight. A multiplicity of side gaps are located in the side walls directly above the concave vane side at the connecting points of the deflection vanes with the side walls.

    摘要: In a steam power plant, a bypass line (2), which serves for diverting steam during the startup or rundown of the power plant, is arranged between the boiler and condenser (9). Arranged in the bypass line (2), upstream of the condenser (9), is a steam introduction device (1), in which the steam, before being introduced into the condenser (9), is expanded and cooled. The steam introduction device (1) has a first perforated diaphragm (3), a cooling chamber (4) and a second perforated diaphragm (8). According to the invention, the first perforated diaphragm (3) consists of a single spherical part. By virtue of this shape, the perforated diaphragm (3) possesses favorable mechanical and thermal stability, with the result that it becomes possible to have small wall thicknesses and production by pressing. After pressing, the orifices (12) in the perforated diaphragm are made by once-only drilling and are in each case at an equal distance from the orifices next to them. The perforated diaphragm (3) is distinguished by increased operating reliability and lower fabrication costs.

    摘要: In a water-cooled condenser, titanium condenser tubes are rolled and/or welded at each end into a tube plate. The titanium tube plates are bolted to the condenser casing and a header casing by means of flanges. The sheet steel condenser casing is provided, at the connection location with the tube plates, with explosion-bonded titanium plating which is welded in a watertight manner to the tube plates on the steam space side. The explosion-bonded titanium plating is applied to the steam space side part of the flange. The flange bolting arrangement is located outside the sealing surface between flange and tube plate.

    摘要: A convective countercurrent heat exchanger comprises a nest of pipes (36) which is arranged in a cylindrical shell (35) and is equipped with ribbed pipes (37). The pipes through which a liquid flows are connected to a collector (33, 34). The shell is provided with a gas-inlet connection piece (31) and a gas-outlet connection piece (32). The nest of pipes (36), which is composed of a plurality of layered pipes, is mounted in a rectangular case (40). The pipes are provided in their straight parts (37) with welded-on ribs and are connected to one another by unribbed pipe bends (38). The pipe bends are accommodated in compartments (45) through which flow does not take place. The case (40) through which flow takes place opens on the outlet side (50) in a dome (51) which is delimited by the shell (35). The gas-outlet connection piece (32) is situated in the shell at that end of the annular chamber (44), enclosed by the shell and case, which is remote from the dome (51).
