摘要: A method of managing a digital queue includes accessing an application; transmitting a request based on a mobile device scanning a code or receiving a selection of a uniform resource locator (URL); transmitting information regarding a user of the mobile device and a reason for the request; receiving a real-time status of the digital queue including a number of clients in the digital queue before the user, the number of clients based on received indications of scanning the code or selecting the URL by each of the number of clients; displaying a graphical user interface (GUI) to depict a confirmation page indicating that the user has been added to the digital queue; automatically updating the GUI based on the real-time status of the digital queue; and transmitting, in response to determining the mobile device is within a geolocation area, a notification indicating the user has arrived.

摘要: The described financial institution computing system provides services to customers through an application programming interface (“API”). The services include user identification services to customers and payment services that allow users to pay the customers via the financial institution. The user identification services allow the customers to verify the identity of users as non-fraudulent users. Further the user identification services allow the financial institution to provide known user information to the customers for purposes of prepopulating registration forms, completing transactions, and the like. Further services, such as user account validation services, payment services, and the like are also possible through the financial institution APIs. In some situations, users are registered with the financial institution. For example, a user may also be an account holder with the financial institution. In other situations, the users are not registered with the financial institution.

摘要: Systems and methods relating to a lockbox bank for currency drop-offs are provided. A lockbox bank includes one or more lockboxes, a safe coupled to the one or more lockboxes, and a terminal of a lockbox computing system. Each lockbox includes a receptacle configured to receive a currency drop-off and a locking mechanism. The terminal includes a network interface, a display device, one or more input/output devices, and a processing circuit including a processor and a memory. The memory is structured to store instructions that are executable by the processor and cause the processing circuit to receive a request from the customer to use a lockbox for a currency drop-off, receive access credentials, verify the access credentials, in response to successful verification, grant the customer access to a lockbox, and in response to determining that the drop-off has been completed, move the drop-off from the receptacle to the safe.

摘要: Systems and techniques may generally be used for generating a contextual account grouping. An example technique may include accessing data corresponding to a plurality of customer accounts for a customer, receiving an API call for data corresponding to the customer, and in response to receiving the API call, automatically selecting, using processing circuitry, a grouping type for the plurality of customer accounts based on the API call. The example technique may include collecting information corresponding to a set of customer accounts of the plurality of customer accounts, the set of customer accounts corresponding to the selected grouping type, and responding to the API call with the information corresponding to the set of customer accounts.
