摘要: A command switch or and emergency stop switch is disclosed, which includes an actuator and a contact sensor which is separated therefrom. The actuator includes housing and a tappet, which is guided therein and which has a rest position and an actuation position. The contact sensor includes an open switch element which can be placed in the actuation position by way of the tappet in a tensed position. In at least one embodiment, the command switch also includes an additional switch element which is provided with a first switch piece and a second switch piece, which are applied to the actuator in a separated manner and in/on the contact sensor. The additional switch element only closes when the contact sensor is secured to the actuator. The switch pieces of the additional switch element are separated from each other in a compulsory and advantageous manner by the separated embodiment of the command switch enabling them to be secured to different components of the command switch. An axial or radial misalignment, tilting or rotation between the actuator and the contact sensor leads to the non-conductive connection of the contact piece.

摘要: A sensor unit is disclosed with a safety system for use with a signal generator, where at least one evaluation unit is provided for evaluating a signal from a sensor and for producing a first trigger signal based on the signal. In at least one embodiment, a more compact and less expensive version of a sensor unit is provided, which operates reliably under high safety demands. In at least one embodiment, this is achieved by a safety system which has a checking unit for checking the operation of the evaluation unit using a test signal. The test signal is processed by the evaluation unit in the same way as the signal from the sensor. The two-channel output is provided on the basis of a conclusiveness check in the checking unit.

The outer regions are injection-moulded from a non-magnetizable material. In the central region, a magnetizable material is integrated in the plunger. In at least one embodiment, an injection-mouldable material is used as the magnetizable material, and the plunger including the magnetizable material is manufactured by way of a two-component injection-moulding process. A defined magnetization is impressed on a section of the central region once the magnetizable material has been integrated in the plunger.
