摘要： Service devices are used in the field of automation and normally form interfaces between programmable logic controllers (PLC) and the installations or installation components to be controlled. Service devices such as these generally have a multiplicity of electrical interfaces for additional modules, with the additional modules being connected via control lines to the PLC, to further service devices or to installation components. An electrical additional module for a service device, a combination of the additional module with the service device, and an additional module set having various additional modules which allow easier fitting and removal of the additional modules in the service device are disclosed. In at least one embodiment, an electrical additional module is proposed, having an appliance interface for fitting the additional module to a service device, with the service device having a stepped holding geometry with at least two steps on each of which a contact device is arranged for holding an electrical opposing contact device, with the appliance interface having step sections which are designed to be complementary to the at least two steps and on which in each case one of the electrical opposing contact device is arranged in order to make contact with the associated contact device, and with the at least two step sections being rigidly connected to one another when the additional module is not fitted.

摘要： A heat exchanger and a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger are described and shown. In some embodiments, the heat exchanger has a brazed core with flat metal tubes and flat metal tube ends received in corresponding openings defined in a collecting tank, and has a plurality of adhesive connections each with an annular space around a flat tube end and defined at least in part by the collecting tank, an addition-crosslinking silicone adhesive located within the annular space, and a mounting plate at least partially closing each annular space. In some embodiments, a method for producing an adhesive connection for flat metal tube ends in corresponding openings of a collecting tank of a heat exchanger is provided, and includes pushing an addition-crosslinking type silicone adhesive into annular spaces located between each flat tube end and a corresponding opening of the collecting tank with a mounting plate, at least partially filling the annular spaces by pushing the silicone adhesive into the annular spaces with the mounting plate, and closing the annular spaces with the mounting plate.

摘要： There is described a method and a system for monitoring a protective apparatus, which is connected upstream of a switching device and is connected to the switching device via at least one main current path. The wiring complexity for monitoring of the protective apparatus is minimized. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the sate of the protective apparatus is determined by a tap of the at least one main current path at or in the switching device by means of an evaluation unit. As a result of this direct evaluation of the switching state of the protective organ on the switching device, the wiring which until now has been required for an addition auxiliary switch on the protective device is dispensed with a possible fault source also being minimized along with the wiring complexity. For this purpose, the proposed solution is also independent of the physical design (branch-oriented or row-oriented, distance between the devices) in a switchgear cabinet.

A defined magnetization is impressed on a section of the central region once the magnetizable material has been integrated in the plunger.
