摘要: A puncture instrument kit includes a puncture rod, mesh, and sheath. The puncture rod consists of a puncture head, puncture rod body, and handle. One end of the puncture rod body is connected to the handle and the other end is integrated with the puncture head. The puncture head is arc-shaped with an end gradually tapering to form a tip. The tip of the puncture head is circumferentially designed with a groove for fixing a thread during surgery. The puncture head is smoothly connected with the puncture rod body, and the line between the tip of the puncture head and puncture rod body is at an obtuse angle of 130-140° relative to the puncture rod body. The sheath is sleeved on the puncture rod with the rod tip exposed. The mesh and sheath are designed as separate or integrated, and the tip of the puncture rod is provided with a shape-matching detachable silicone protective sleeve.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus mutant strain and use thereof, and belongs to the field of molecular biology and microorganisms. The methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus mutant strain disclosed by the present disclosure has a relatively low exopolysaccharide synthesis ability and a relatively low biofilm metabolism ability, but it is sensitive to an antibiotic cefoxitin. The mutant strain can be used for treating a related disease caused by methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus infection through an endogenous ecological treatment strategy. The present disclosure provides a new idea for treating the disease.

摘要: The present invention discloses a device for removing sputum scabs of a respiratory tract, comprising an outer housing. A fluid hole is designed on a removing part at the front end of the outer housing, and the fluid hole is respectively communicated with a liquid pump and an air pump, so that the device can be extended into the lower respiratory tract of the patient during use. Then, the sputum scabs attached to the inner wall of the respiratory tract can be softened and removed by alternately spraying liquid and gas from the fluid hole, and the removed sputum scabs can be sucked out through negative pressure holes, so as to prevent the scabs of the secretions of the lower respiratory tract from blocking the tracheae.

摘要: This invention discloses an auxiliary diagnostic model and an image processing method for detecting acute ischemic stroke. This refers to the technical field of medical image processing. The technical essentials are described as follow: the presented deep-learning model is based on generative adversarial networks (GANs), comprising a generator (G) and a discriminator (D). G is the first three-dimensional convolutional neural network, used to synthesize realistic images from raw data, while D is the second three-dimensional convolutional neural network, used to classify images as real or fake (synthetic). The presented GAN model can learn the mapping relationship from non-enhanced computed tomography (NECT) images to T2-weighted fluid-attenuation inversion recovery (FLAIR) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), then converting the raw CT to synthetic FLAIR with high sensitivity. This improves the efficiency of emergency scanning in acute ischemic stroke, reaching sensitivity that is poor in CT interpretation and immediacy that is limited in MRI examination.
