摘要: A system and method for separating and collecting cannabis through separates cannabis into plant material, chaff, seeds, and kief; and then collects cannabis byproducts based on size, shape, and weight through separators, including, a screw conveyor, a mechanical vibrator, an ultrasonic mechanism, and a series of stacked classifiers. The method includes: loading unprocessed cannabis into an intake chamber; grinding the cannabis to reduce the size of plant material; carrying the cannabis upwardly through an inclined tube; delivering the cannabis to an elevated terminus at the upper end of the tube; passing the cannabis through stacked classifiers; shaking the cannabis to dislodge oil glands, resin trichomes, and kief from plant material; directing high frequency sound waves towards the cannabis to dislodge oil glands, resin trichomes, and kief from the plant material; and collecting herbaceous plant material, chaff, seeds, oil glands, and kief residue in separate containers.

摘要: An apparatus and method for harvesting vegetation material byproduct enables regulated flow of carbon dioxide and mechanical agitation to create flash frozen vegetation material byproduct, followed by selective collection of the byproducts based on size and composition. An apparatus frame and a pivotally mounted extraction assembly mount frame provide structural support. An extraction assembly includes a container that is carried by the extraction assembly mount frame. The container contains the vegetation material. A carbon dioxide vessel contains a carbon dioxide that flash freezes the vegetation material. A conveyor and a size adjustable nozzle regulate flow rate and quantity of carbon dioxide flowing from a carbon dioxide vessel to the container. An agitation motor mechanically engages the flash frozen material in the container. A classifier having a classifier mesh with multiple mesh openings is carried by the container. The classifier segregates the agitated byproduct, which is captured by a collection pan.

摘要: In accordance with the present invention a fiber optic array is provided. The array includes a substrate having a fiber support surface. The array further includes an optical fiber having a fiber portion that includes an un-jacketed, un-buffered optical core segment. The un-jacketed, un-buffered optical core segment is placed in contact with the fiber support surface to orient the optical core segment at a selected position relative to the support surface. In addition, the array includes a solder glass chemically bonded to the optical core segment and the fiber support surface so that the optical core segment is secured at a predetermined location relative to the support surface of the substrate. A method for fabricating such a fiber optic array is also provided.

摘要: A forkliftable drum for the transportation and storage of materials is disclosed herein. The drum is comprised of a top ring having a series of forklift pockets arranged around the circumference to allow lifting and transporting of the drum by a forklift. Two or more drums may be connected by means of straps or threaded fasteners to create a bundle which can be transported without pallets. Drums of varying capacities may be provided which have the same diameter, allowing different capacity drums to be integrated into a single bundle.

摘要: A collated screwstrip comprising a plastic holding strip and a plurality of threaded fasteners with the holding strip holding the fasteners in a row in spaced side by side relation. The holding strip comprises a web member extending axially relative the screws and between screws. A reinforcing rib is disposed centrally on a side of the web member outboard of the screws which rib has a constant cross-sectional shape and size throughout the length of the holding strip and has a height less than that of the web member.

摘要: The structure disclosed reduces the number of bonding pads and interconnect traces in the opaque portion of a single-layer touch panel. By sharing and multiplexing the bonding pads in the opaque portion of panel, half as many pads are needed to provide the interconnection bases for the traces in the opaque portion of the panel that extend to the control electronics subsystem. Further, by connecting the ground plane structures that are adjacent to each TCO column electrode, all ground planes are made part of a common ground-plane electrode. That single common ground-plane electrode can be connected to the appropriate trace and control electronic subsystem using a single pad, rather than several individual ground-plane pads.
