摘要： The invention relates to a holder for holding a carrier, wherein the holder is inserted into a cylinder-shaped well, for example, of a multiwell plate. In addition the invention relates to a multiwell plate with such a holder. In order to provide a possibility for the reliable support of a carrier in a holder, wherein the holder ensures a secure and specified positioning of the carrier in a well and reliably prevents the carrier and the holder from falling out of the well, a holder is proposed for insertion into a cylindrical well and to support the carrier. The holder comprises a support, a holding piece and a connecting piece which connects the supporting piece with the holding piece, wherein the holder together with the lateral external surfaces of the supporting piece, the holding piece and/or connecting piece lies against at least one lateral internal surface of the well, and wherein the carrier is inserted on the support and under the holding piece.

摘要： A method for classifying beverages of natural origin, such as wine or coffee. Classification is carried out by means of NIR spectroscopy and corresponding numerical-mathematical conditioning of the spectral data of the individual beverage samples, wherein respective obtained spectra are then correlated with a predetermined beverage, class. By means of the method of the invention it is possible to classify wines by sort of wine, growing regions, grape, vine, vintage, kind of material or wood of the wine cask used, and varying degree of maturity of the wine, and by other chemical parameters. Coffee, for example, may be classified by coffee sort, country of origin, coffee growing region, roasting method and defined chemical parameters, e.g., caffeine content, or chlorogenic acid content.

The apparatus includes an input unit for inputting the drugs and/or metabolites to be screened; a controlling unit for determining a parameter set for metabolites preparation and for mass spectrometry analysis depending on the input of the kind of metabolites to be screened; a treatment unit for preparing the metabolites to be screened depending on the determined parameter set; a mass spectrometer for performing mass spectrometry analysis on prepared metabolites depending on the parameter set; a database for storing results of analyzing and parameter sets for metabolite preparation and for mass spectrometry analyses; and an evaluation unit for evaluating the results of mass spectrometry by use of reference results stored in the database to output an analysis of the metabolites profile.
