摘要： A mobile device moves by calculating a distance between a sound source and the mobile device using a sound source direction estimation technique. The mobile device moves by a reference distance in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the mobile device faces the sound source when call sound of the sound source is generated, outputs voice to instruct to the sound source to generate recall sound, checks a directional angle of the mobile device when recall sound is generated by the sound source, calculates the distance between the sound source and the mobile device according to the reference distance and the directional angle of the mobile device, and moves to the vicinity of the sound source.

摘要： A system to provide various content services based on a network to users includes a service provider to provide a service using the network, a user to receive the service, and a service framework to provide the service to the user through the network. The service framework includes a messenger device that manages the service transmitted between the service provider and the user. Content services, which are being provided based on a network, can be provided to various terminals including not only a PC and a mobile phone, but also a robot. Thus, extending services is easy and the user can conveniently receive desired information from a knowledge provider or website without performing repetitive operations.

摘要： A position measurement apparatus and method using laser includes a laser generating device, an image device, and a control unit. The laser generating device generates three or more laser beams progressing in parallel with each other at regular intervals. The image device obtains a picture for three or more points formed on a target by the laser beams. The control unit calculates a position relative to the target using number of pixels between pairs of neighboring ones of the three or more points in the picture. Thus, the present invention is advantageous in that laser pointers and a CCD camera having simple constructions and low prices are used, so that the position measurement apparatus is handled conveniently and is economical.
