    摘要: This present invention relates to a method of preparing a polymerized toner, which comprises the steps of: preparing an aqueous dispersion medium containing calcium phosphate; preparing a monomer mixture including a styrene-based pigment stabilizer having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 to 200,000, a charge control agent, a pigment, and a monomer for binder resin; dispersing the monomer mixture in the form of droplets in the aqueous dispersion medium; and performing suspension polymerization for the monomer mixture dispersed in the form of droplets, and calcium phosphate is used in an amount of 2 to 6 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the monomer mixture. Also, a polymerized toner produced using this method is provided.

    摘要: There is provided a toner having good charging characteristics that is composed of a core region and a thin shell in which a charge control agent is densely distributed so as to improve charging characteristics of the toner, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing a toner having a bi-layered structure includes: producing a toner core using a suspension polymerization method; preparing a suspension of toner particles having a core-shell structure by forming a rigid shell on a surface of the toner core; and recovering the toner particles from the suspension as a post-processing operation.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a toner having a double- or triple-layered structure. The present invention is effective in that pigments and charge control agents are located most properly for the realization of high-resolution toners through addition and polymerization of hydrophilic monomers or polymers with the toners; the manufacture of high-resolution toners becomes very easy irrespective to the kind and amount of a wax used for polymerized toners by forming thin layers by using polar grafting agents; and long-term preservation is assured as well as the affect by moisture is minimized.
