摘要： A composition comprising a macromer that can be in situ polymerized into a hydrogel wound dressing directly on a wound and one or more antimicrobial agents intended to achieve bacteriostasis and/or be bacteriocidal. The antimicrobial agent is released upon application and trapped in the hydrogel upon its formation and also released over a period of time into the wound.
