Abstract:
The present application provides a method for manufacturing a monocrystalline silicon sheet, including: cutting a monocrystalline silicon rod along a radial or an axial direction of the monocrystalline silicon rod to obtain a monocrystalline silicon substrate; etching a porous silicon structure on a top surface and a bottom surface of the monocrystalline silicon substrate by wet etching; depositing a monocrystalline silicon thin layer on the porous silicon structure by chemical vapor deposition, so that a thickness of the monocrystalline silicon thin layer reaches a predetermined value; and striping the monocrystalline silicon thin layer from the porous silicon structure to obtain the monocrystalline silicon sheet. In the present application, the production capacity of directly manufacturing a single crystal silicon wafer by a chemical vapor deposition method can be improved, and a process for manufacturing a silicon wafer is combined with the process of a diffusion emitter conventionally belonging to cell manufacturing, so that a manufacturing cost of a solar monocrystalline silicon cell is significantly reduced.
Abstract:
The present invention provides apparatuses, methods, and computer readable media for supporting communications for a plurality of transmitter-receiver pairs on a common frequency spectrum. A transmitting device transmits a consecutively sequenced signal sequentially containing messages to a corresponding receiving device. A duty cycle adjustment circuit determines the duration between adjacent messages so that the consecutively sequenced signal is characterized by a randomized duty cycle. The duty cycle adjustment circuit selects the duration from a sequence that is characterized by an average duration. The duty cycle adjustment circuit obtains the duration from an array by determining an index from a function of a random variable. A receiving device receives a consecutively sequenced signal sequentially containing messages from a transmitting device, where the consecutively sequenced signal is characterized by a randomized duty cycle. A processing circuit detects the messages and initiates an error signal when a predetermined number of consecutive invalid messages are detected.
Abstract:
Apparatus for ultrasonic vibration-assisted machining, the apparatus comprising an ultrasonic transducer for generating ultrasonic waves in a vibration horn; first clamp on the vibration horn at a static node of the ultrasonic waves; and a second clamp between the first clamp and a lowermost end of the vibration horn. The second clamp comprises a linear bearing for reducing vibration of the vibration horn in a direction laterally of the vibration horn, and allowing vibration of the vibration horn in the direction of a longitudinal axial of the vibration horn.

Abstract:
The invention provides novel methods and compositions for modulating gene function in plants. In particular, the invention provides methods and compositions that allow, for the first time, virus-induced gene silencing in rice. The invention is significant in that prior techniques were not available for rice and because of the major importance of rice to agriculture. The invention therefore provides techniques for the analysis of gene function in rice, as well as in other monocotyledonous species and dicotyledonous plant species.
Abstract:
A method for sending a media message across service systems is disclosed, comprising: a media server receives a first media message at least carrying forwarding indication information from a sender in a first service system, and the media server converts the first media message into a message form corresponding to a second service system where a receiver is located through a gateway intercommunicating with the second service system and then sends the converted message to the receiver. A system for sending a media message across service systems is also accordingly disclosed. By means of the technical solution of the present disclosure, a message sender user can actively request for the conversion of a media message into a message form selected by the user and then send the converted message to a receiver, and thereby an excellent user experience may be provided.
Abstract:
A method, device and system for sending media messages are disclosed in the present document. The method includes a media server receiving a media message which is delivered by a sending client through IMAP to a storage unit for the message to be sent pre-allocated to a sending user, the media server storing the received media message in the storage unit for message to be sent of the sending user, and the media server acquiring a media message unsent in the storage unit for message to be sent and forwarding the media message according to an identifier of a recipient user carried in the acquired media message. In such a fashion, it can be guaranteed that an IMAP client can possess the function of sending the messages, which reduces the complexity of implementing the terminal technology.
Abstract:
A method and a system for processing media messages. The method includes a sending party client generating and sending a media message, wherein the media message carries at least two media contents and marker information indicating a playing relationship between the media contents; a media server receiving the media message sent by the sending party client; and a receiving party client acquiring the media message from the media server and playing the media contents according to the instruction of the marker information. The method and system provide a new media content processing mechanism.
