    摘要: A hang tag includes a hanging card including a label adhering member between a first enhancement member and a second enhancement member, the first enhancement member including a through hole, and the second enhancement member including two extending seats projecting out of front and rear ends respectively; two opposite resilient members extending downward from the extending seats, each resilient member including a first inclined section having one end integrally formed with bottoms of the extending seats, and a second inclined section having one end integrally formed with the other end of the first inclined section; two pressing members each formed at a joining portion of the first inclined section and the second inclined section; and a snapping member including two snapping sections on two sides respectively and an interconnection section interconnecting the snapping sections. The snapping member is configured to insert into a socket.

    摘要: A mobile communication device and an application interface layout switch method are disclosed in the invention. The mobile communication device includes a connection interface unit, a layout library, a display panel and a touch sensing module. The connection interface unit is configured for connecting the mobile communication device to an external device. The layout library is configured for storing a plurality of application interface layout templates. The application interface layout templates are different from each other. The display panel can be configured for displaying according to a selected application interface layout template out of the application interface layout templates. The input sensing module is configured for generating a user input signal based on the selected application interface layout template.

    摘要: A multi-touch optical touch panel which comprises a rectangular position-detecting surface with a length L and a width W; a first set of a plurality of light-emitting element pairs configured for emitting a plurality of light beams, wherein the first set of light-emitting element pairs are arranged at various points along a first side of the position-detecting surface in a lengthwise direction; a second set of a plurality of light-emitting elements are arranged at various points along the first side at 90 degrees with reference to the first side; two reflectors arranged along two opposed sides of the rectangular position-detecting surface in the W direction; and a first set of a plurality of light-receiving element pairs configured for receiving the plurality of light beams emitted by the first set of light-emitting element pairs, wherein the first set of light-receiving element pairs are arranged at various points along a second side of the position-detecting surface opposite to the first side in a lengthwise direction; a second set of a plurality of light-receiving elements are arranged at various points along the second side at −90 degrees with reference to the second side for receiving the plurality of light beams emitted by the second set of light-emitting elements. A control circuit is configured for causing the first set of light-emitting element pairs and the second set of light-emitting elements to emit the plurality of light beams in a predetermined order to scan the position-detecting surface, and further configured for causing the first set of light-receiving element pairs and the second set of light-receiving elements to receive the plurality of light beams, thereby forming optical paths on the position-detecting surface in a grid pattern.

    摘要: A memory device includes a plurality of semiconductor lines, such as body-tied fins, on a substrate. The lines including buried-channel regions doped for depletion mode operation. A storage structure lies on the plurality of lines, including tunnel insulating layer on the channel regions of the fins, a charge storage layer on the tunnel insulating layer, and a blocking insulating layer on the charge storage layer. A plurality of word lines overlie the storage structure and cross over the channel regions of the semiconductor lines, whereby memory cells lie at cross-points of the word lines and the semiconductor lines.
