摘要: Embodiments of an eNB and method of transmitting PDCCHs are generally described herein. In some embodiments, the eNB may be configured to transmit PDCCHs that are based on a UE-specific reference signal (i.e., a UE-RS). In these embodiments, the UEs may be able to demodulate their PDCCH using a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) that is specific to the UE (e.g., instead of a common reference signal). The PDCCHs disclosed herein may be suitable the Uu interface of an LTE-A system.

The mobile communication device includes a connection interface unit, a layout library, a display panel and a touch sensing module. The connection interface unit is configured for connecting the mobile communication device to an external device. The layout library is configured for storing a plurality of application interface layout templates. The application interface layout templates are different from each other. The display panel can be configured for displaying according to a selected application interface layout template out of the application interface layout templates. The input sensing module is configured for generating a user input signal based on the selected application interface layout template.

摘要: A multi-touch optical touch panel which comprises a rectangular position-detecting surface with a length L and a width W; a first set of a plurality of light-emitting element pairs configured for emitting a plurality of light beams, wherein the first set of light-emitting element pairs are arranged at various points along a first side of the position-detecting surface in a lengthwise direction; a second set of a plurality of light-emitting elements are arranged at various points along the first side at 90 degrees with reference to the first side; two reflectors arranged along two opposed sides of the rectangular position-detecting surface in the W direction; and a first set of a plurality of light-receiving element pairs configured for receiving the plurality of light beams emitted by the first set of light-emitting element pairs, wherein the first set of light-receiving element pairs are arranged at various points along a second side of the position-detecting surface opposite to the first side in a lengthwise direction; a second set of a plurality of light-receiving elements are arranged at various points along the second side at −90 degrees with reference to the second side for receiving the plurality of light beams emitted by the second set of light-emitting elements. A control circuit is configured for causing the first set of light-emitting element pairs and the second set of light-emitting elements to emit the plurality of light beams in a predetermined order to scan the position-detecting surface, and further configured for causing the first set of light-receiving element pairs and the second set of light-receiving elements to receive the plurality of light beams, thereby forming optical paths on the position-detecting surface in a grid pattern.

摘要: A memory device includes a plurality of semiconductor lines, such as body-tied fins, on a substrate. The lines including buried-channel regions doped for depletion mode operation. A storage structure lies on the plurality of lines, including tunnel insulating layer on the channel regions of the fins, a charge storage layer on the tunnel insulating layer, and a blocking insulating layer on the charge storage layer. A plurality of word lines overlie the storage structure and cross over the channel regions of the semiconductor lines, whereby memory cells lie at cross-points of the word lines and the semiconductor lines.

摘要: A method for executing a mouse function of electronic device and an electronic device thereof are provided. In the present method, an amount and a relative position of input signals are detected by a sensor module. Then, whether the amount and the relative position are respectively conformed to a predetermined value is determined. If the predetermined values are conformed, whether the input signal is conformed to a specific signal is determined when a variation of the relative position is occurred. Finally, a corresponding mouse function is executed according to a type of the variation if the variation is conformed to the specific signal. As a result, a mouse device is no longer needed for a user to accomplish a directional operation on the electronic device so as to prevent inconvenience of particularly carrying a mouse device.
