The arginine deiminase mutant of the present invention has enzymatic activity of degrading arginine into citruline; compared with the arginine deiminase with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, the amino acid sequence comprises one or more of K9N, T, K59Q, K66R, A, K93E, A, Q, K111R, A, K119Q, L, M, K121Q, I, K122E, L, K126E, S, R, K178I, E, D, K196I, R, K209G, T, D, K243E, V, R, K249D, Q, K263N, Q, K279Y, T, K293R, H, E, K325V, I, K380T, R, E, and K406E, D, S substitutions. Compared with PEG modified natural derived arginine deiminase, the PEG modified arginine deiminase mutant of the present invention retain better bioactivity; and because the quantity of lysine in arginine deiminase is reduced, the PEG modified products are more uniform and can be applied to clinical treatment of hepatoma, melanoma and the like.

    摘要: The invention enables efficient cooling of: a light source providing source light; an optical system adapted to split the source light received from the light source into three primary colors R, G, and B; and a power supply unit for supplying electric power to various electric components installed in a casing of a projector apparatus. To do so, a first fan is arranged between the light source and the power supply unit such that its air inspiration face is directed to the power supply unit and its air expiration face is directed to the light source. Further, a second fan, adapted to inspire air from within the projector apparatus, is provided in the central area of the projector apparatus. On the air expiration side of the second fan is a cooling duct for cooling the light source and optical system. In addition, a third fan for cooling a G-LCP unit and an R-LCP unit of the image synthesizing device and a fourth fan for cooling a B-LCP and an R-LCP unit of the image synthesizing device are provided in such a way that the streams of air expired from said third and fourth fans intersect each other. The invention allows operation of a projector apparatus with a fewer fans, yet achieves suppression of exhaust air temperature and noise, and cost reduction as well.

The projector is provided with cooling ducts, which include a first air duct (411) having one end connected to the fan (41) and another end connected to an outlet for sending air to the liquid crystal panel for red light, a second air duct (421) having one end connected to the fan (42) and another end connected to an outlet for sending air to the liquid crystal panel for green light, and a third air duct (431) having one end connected to the fan (43) and another end connected to an outlet for sending air to the liquid crystal panel for blue light. The cooling ducts also include a branching air duct (412 or 422) that extends to the IC on the LAN card.

    摘要: In a projection type image display apparatus, a noise removal filter portion 15 is separated from a power source unit body 14. The separated noise removal filter portion 15 is provided in the vicinity of a side wall of a housing on which a power source inlet is provided, and of the power source unit body 14, respectively. Specifically, the power source unit body 14 is provided along a side wall of a front face of the horizontally-long housing of the projection type image display apparatus and the noise removal filter portion 15 is provided in a position opposed to the power source unit body 14 in a side wall of the back face. As a result, even when a light source lamp has a higher output, the projection type image display apparatus can achieve reduced noise by an improved cooling capability and reduced cost enabled by an efficient Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) measure and the like.

An end of the exhaust fan facing the other exhaust fan is moved to the inner side and the one exhaust fan is inclined to discharge air in an exhaust direction toward a direction along which air is discharged from the other exhaust fan. There is provided a cooling fan that blows air to an interior air blow outlet communicating with the interior of the light source lamp and exterior air blow outlets communicating with an outer surface to cool the light source lamp. The exterior air blow outlets are deviated from the center of the outer surface of the light source lamp.

    摘要: In a projection image display apparatus, a noise removal filter portion 15 is separated from a power source unit body 14. The separated noise removal filter portion 15 is provided in the vicinity of a side wall of a housing on which a power source inlet is provided, and of the power source unit body 14, respectively. Specifically, the power source unit body 14 is provided along a side wall of a front face of the horizontally-long housing of the projection image display apparatus and the noise removal filter portion 15 is provided in a position opposed to the power source unit body 14 in a side wall of the back face. As a result, even when a light source lamp has a higher output, the projection image display apparatus can achieve reduced noise by an improved cooling capability and reduced cost enabled by an efficient Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) measure and the like.

The lamp fixation structure has a lower holder, which includes an integrally formed lower holder lens section and a lower holder lamp section. The lower holder lens section defines a lens fitting slot for fixing a lens, and a lower holder lamp section defines a lamp fitting slot for fixing a lamp. The lens fixing slot includes an upper holder connected to the lower holder. The lamp fixation structure also includes an integrally formed metal holder, which has an elastic top plate, elastic lateral plates, a front plate, an elastic bottom plate, and elastic jointing plates. The inventive lamp fixation structure of the projector apparatus consists of a fewer components and can be assembled in a simple manner, yet it is highly wrought.
