摘要: A compressor includes a discharge chamber, a compression chamber, a partition wall, and a discharge reed valve. The partition wall is arranged between the discharge chamber and the compression chamber and includes a fixing surface that faces the discharge chamber. The partition wall includes a discharge port that can communicate the discharge chamber and the compression chamber. The discharge reed valve includes a fixed portion, an intermediate portion, and a valve portion. The partition wall includes a supporting portion, a receiving portion, and a main coupling portion. The supporting portion supports a central region of the valve portion. The receiving portion receives a distal region of the valve portion. The main coupling portion extends from the supporting portion to couple the supporting portion and the receiving portion in order to divide into two a distal discharging region of the discharge port.

摘要: The invention is a joint structure of a ball joint and an arm, which includes: a ball stud having a spherical ball part and a shank part extending from the spherical ball part; a bearing cupping the spherical ball part of the ball stud; a housing holding the bearing therein; and an arm having a hole into which the housing is inserted. The housing has a circumferential groove in an outer-circumference surface thereof. The housing is adapted to be pressed into the hole of the arm. The groove functions to weaken a load by the arm after the housing is pressed into the hole of the arm. Thus, a pressure to the spherical ball part of the ball stud is inhibited so that a sliding characteristic of the ball stud is improved.

摘要: A ball joint includes a retaining ring fitted to a shank of a ball stud, and a boot having first and second annular beads fitted to the retaining ring and a ball socket. The first mounting bead is formed with an end face seal portion and an inner periphery seal portion, which are adapted to come into close contact with a cylindrical portion and a large flange of the retaining ring, respectively. In such a ball joint, a clearance is provided between the first mounting bead and the small flange for permitting the movement of the first mounting bead toward the small flange. Thus, even when the ball stud and the ball socket are swung relative to each other in a state in which the boot has been hardened due to the freezing of snow deposited to the boot and the like, the generation of an excessive stress in the mounting bead of the boot can be avoided.
