The method includes sensing a user's gesture requesting a share panel, and causing the share panel including a list of identification information of one or more external devices to appear from a side of a screen and then displaying the share panel at the side of the screen, according to the user's gesture requesting the share panel.

The method includes sensing a user's gesture requesting a capture panel, and displaying the entire capture panel, which was partially displayed at a side of a screen or was hidden, according to the user's gesture requesting the capture panel. The capture panel displays a list of capture data including an image and meta data corresponding to each of at least one content captured by the mobile terminal.

Disclosed is a method for predicting the cooling load for efficient operation of a heat accumulation system by obtaining a prediction function regarding outdoor air temperature and specific humidity from meteorological office data, predicting the outdoor air temperature and specific humidity by using the prediction function and the highest and lowest temperatures of the weather forecast, and predicting the cooling load based on the sensible heat load coefficient, outdoor air coefficient, sensible heat load constant, and latent heat load constant, which are obtained from the building design data. The cooling load can be predicted without using a complicated mathematical model and with no reference to past operation data regarding the target building, but solely based on four air-conditioning design values of the building and the highest and lowest temperatures of the next day, which can be easily obtained from the weather forecast of the meteorological office.

A system and method for profile synchronization is provided. The profile synchronization system includes a web server, a synchronization server, and one or more mobile terminals. The web server includes subscriber accounts each containing a subscriber profile and a profile matching table, identifies, when a subscriber profile is changed at the web server, a subscriber profile in the synchronization server corresponding to the changed subscriber profile using the profile matching table, and transmits the changed subscriber profile to the synchronization server. The synchronization server includes a database to store subscriber profiles of the one or more mobile terminals in synchronization with the synchronization server, updates, when a changed subscriber profile is received from the web server, the corresponding subscriber profile, and transmits the changed subscriber profile to the one or more mobile terminals in synchronization. Each of the one or more mobile terminals updates the corresponding subscriber profile for synchronization when a changed subscriber profile is received.

A backlight unit includes a light source part having red, green and blue light sources and a light source controller to generate a common control wave and to drive each of the red, green and blue light sources by use of a dimming signal from the outside and the common control wave. The light source controller may include a pulse width modulation controller. The common control wave may have a triangular shape. Each of the red, green and blue light sources is driven with the common triangular wave which is generated by a triangular wave generator. The size of the light source controller may be reduced and flickers may be substantially reduced.

There is a drinking cup assembly comprising an outer cup and an inner cup, the outer cup having a dispensing closure, the inner cup being removably attached to the outer cup. A space is located between the outer cup and the inner cup, can contain an item being insertable into this space. The dispensing closure has an aperture and is adapted to receive a flexible conduit straw and a rotatable lid to open and close the flexible conduit straw. The flexible conduit straw has a weighted lower end of a soft plastic or a material coated with a soft plastic. The outer cup and inner cup are each structured to receive a sealing lid to separately close the outer cup and/or the inner cup. The attachment of the lids may be by one of an interference fit or a threaded attachment. The closure has a recess adjacent to the aperture, the flexible conduit fitting within this recess upon the rotatable lid flexing the conduit to close the conduit. The outer cup has handles. The inner cup can be metallic such as an aluminum or stainless steel. The inner cup may also be a glass such as a Pyrex, or a plastic such as a polyester, or a polyolefin and can include a silicone. The drinking cup assembly has a combined gasket/valve combination to seal the closure to the outer cup and to equalize the pressure in the cups with the exterior. The flexible conduit straw has a plurality of segments, at least one of the segments having a surface with a cross-cut to prevent leakage.
