    摘要: Presently described are curable dental compositions comprising a polymerizable ionic liquid. The polymerizable ionic liquid comprises one or more ethylenically unsaturated (e.g. free-radically polymerizable) groups. Various embodiments of curable dental compositions are described. In some embodiments, the polymerizable ionic liquid is a monofunctional polymerizable ionic liquid comprising an ethylenically unsaturated group. In other embodiments, the polymerizable ionic liquid is a multi-functional polymerizable ionic liquid comprising at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups. The curable dental compositions describe herein can be utilized as dental primers, dental adhesives, dental sealants, and dental composites. In many embodiments, the curable dental compositions further comprise an initiator such as a photoinitiator.

    摘要: Apparatus for preparing alloy sheet, comprising a container for melted alloy liquid positioned in an inductive heating coil; a liquid flow stabilization outfit comprising a barrel container with open bottom and a base board arranged below the open bottom, and the barrel container's upper part being positioned below the mouth of the container for melted alloy liquid; a quenching wheel positioned below the melted alloy liquid flown from the liquid flow stabilization outfit's base board, which carries the melted alloy liquid and spins it into strips, to make the strips become alloy sheets after collision; a transferring outfit positioned below the wheel for further cooling and transferring of the alloy sheets, wherein the quenching wheel is equipped with a means for differentiating cooling rate for various alloy sheets. The magnetic material made of these alloy sheets is good in orientation, easy for post-sinter processing, and suitable for mass production.

The method and system also include setting a focus range and exposing the photoresist layer over the focus range to form a photoresist mask having a trench therein. The focus range corresponding to a plurality of focus distances. The focus range also corresponds to a nonzero angle to be formed in the photoresist layer and to the structure. The trench has at least one sidewall that forms the angle with a normal to the surface. The method and system also include providing the structure utilizing the trench.

    摘要: A method and system for fabricating a magnetic recording device are described. The method and system include providing a mask layer on the magnetic recording device and imprinting a pattern in the mask layer to form a mask. The method and system also include transferring the pattern from the mask to the magnetic recording device. In another aspect, the method and system include providing a malleable mask layer on the magnetic recording device. In this aspect, the method and system also include depressing an imprint mask into the mask layer and curing the mask layer while the imprint mask is depressed into the mask layer to provide a mask having a pattern. The pattern may correspond to a read sensor and/or a perpendicular magnetic recording pole. The method and system also include transferring the pattern from the mask to the magnetic recording device.
