Abstract:
A stereoscopic image projection system using a circular polarization filter module is provided. Even though this system uses a single projector, it allows left and right images to have different polarization directions using the circular polarization filter module, thereby reducing crosstalk compared to an LCD-shutter-based system.
Abstract:
A system for expanding color gamut includes: a signal input unit configured to input color information of pixels; a forward transform unit configured to transform the color information of pixels to L, a and b values in a linear Lab color space; a color gamut expansion unit configured to receive a color gamut expansion coefficient, expands L, a and b values provided by the forward transform unit to new L, a and b values in the linear Lab color space according to the color gamut expansion coefficients; a reverse transform unit configured to transform the expanded L, a and b values to color information of pixels in a large color gamut; and a signal output unit configured to output the color information of pixels in the large color gamut. A corresponding method for expanding color gamut is provided.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an inspection system for inspecting a cargo by using radiation, comprising: a main plate conveyor; a radiation scanning unit that spans said main plate conveyor and is provided above said main plate conveyor, for scanning the cargo provided on the main plate conveyor; auxiliary conveyors that are provided at the front end and rear end of said main plate conveyor, respectively, so as to load the cargo to be inspected onto said main plate conveyor and to unload the inspected cargo from said main plate conveyor; and lifting devices for lifting said auxiliary conveyors. The inspection system according to the present invention occupies less area, has simple corollary equipments, a lower operating cost, and excellent compatibility, and can be widely applied.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stereoscopic image generation chip for a mobile equipment and method for displaying a stereoscopic image using the same. The present invention displays a stereoscopic image using a stereoscopic image generation chip loaded in a mobile equipment. In particular, the present invention performs storage/image processing by connecting taken left and right images by side-by-side scheme instead of performing storage/image processing by synthesizing the taken left and right images directly and alternately and is then able to enhance a quality of a displayed stereoscopic image in a displaying step via a synthesizing step, in which the left and right images of the stereoscopic image generation chip are alternately arranged. Moreover, the present invention enables a general 2D image to be 3-dimensionally displayed via the above stereoscopic image generation chip.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a light source device for projection display, comprising a light source to be supplemented and a laser light source. The laser emitted from the laser light source and the light emitted from the light source to be supplemented are mixed and then output in a same direction.
