    摘要: An arm-folding mechanism for use in a vehicle-mounted radiation imaging system. The vehicle includes a vehicle body behind a driving cab. The vehicle body includes a generator cabin and a control cabin. The arm-folding mechanism includes a vertical detection arm, a main arm frame, and a hinged mechanism hingedly connecting the vertical detection arm with the main arm frame. The hinged mechanism includes: a first connection arrangement having a free end and a fixed end fixedly connected with or integral with the main arm frame; a second connection arrangement fixedly connected with the vertical detection arm; and an intermediate arrangement connecting the first connection arrangement with the second connection arrangement so that the vertical detection arm can rotate relative to the main arm frame. The bottom of the first connection arrangement is at the same level as or above the bottom of the main arm frame.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for identifying a moving object, comprising: a driving-in step of moving a moving object into a passage, a velocity measuring step of measuring a moving velocity of the moving object, a light beam emitting step of emitting light beams from one side of the passage, a light beam receiving step of receiving the light beams not shielded by the moving object at other side of the passage, a profile determining step of determining a profile of at least one portion of the moving object based on the received light beams and the measured moving velocity of the moving object, and an identifying step of determining type of the moving object by comprising the profile of the at least one portion of the moving object with information of moving objects stored previously. The method and the system according to the present invention can adopt corresponding scanning controlling manners for different vehicles, so that inspection information of inspected vehicles is complete, inspection images are of high quality, and radiation dose received by drivers are minimal.

    摘要: The present invention discloses direction correcting apparatus and method thereof for a movable radiation inspecting system having a moving device. The direction correcting apparatus comprises: a direction detecting device for detecting a moving direction of the moving device and generating a detecting signal indicating the moving direction; a direction control device for controlling the moving direction of the moving device; and a control unit for calculating a deviation value between the moving direction and the predetermined direction based on the detected signal received from the direction detecting device, and the direction control device is driven according to the deviation value to correct the moving direction to the predetermined direction. The direction correcting apparatus according to the present invention can automatically control the movable radiation inspecting system to move linearly in a predetermined direction during working, which enhances automatic control degree, and has a simple structure with installing easily and reduced cost. And it also does not influence the normal running of the inspecting system on a road while not inspecting.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a trailer system, and particularly to a self-driving trailer system for a radiation imaging inspection system and a method for inspecting a vehicle by radiation imaging of a vehicle through the trailer system. The self-driving trailer system comprises two trailers symmetrical in structure. Each of the trailers comprises a driving device, running wheels, a trailer body, a carrying device, a lift cylinder, a balance wheel, and two pairs of guide wheels. The driving device, the running wheels, and the balance wheel are coupled with the trailer body. The carrying device is coupled with the trailer body through the lift cylinder. A front carrying arm and a rear carrying arm can clamp front wheels of a vehicle under inspection, and move upwards and downwards by the lift cylinder. The trailer system according to the present invention is smooth and reliable in operation and simple in structure, and is applicable to different diameters of wheels of container lorries under inspection and is convenient in operation.

The method comprises using sensors to collect wheelbase information, processing the information by signal data processing devices, thereby providing information of a train, namely: arranging a plurality of sensors along the rail in the incoming direction of the train, dividing the sensors into at least three groups, each group comprising at least two sensors; analyzing and processing the signal data stream obtained from the sensors and collected when a train vehicle passes by, thereby acquiring the speed and wheelbase of the train, and further acquiring the train segmentation information; determining the vehicle type; acquiring hook locating information; determining the train arrival; determining the train departure; acquiring vehicle number. The present invention further comprises a system for carrying out the information method for automatically identifying information of a train. The present invention can provide a plurality of types of train information with high accuracy, and is easy to be carried out.
