The present invention relates to a leisure glove that is capable of having grip reinforcing members adapted to allow radial portions formed radially from central portions thereof and stripe-shaped wave portions surrounding the central portions to be spaced apart from one another, respectively, so that a contact force with a golf club can be strengthened to improve a grip force. According to the present invention, the leisure glove includes: a body; and grip reinforcing members formed on the outer surface of the palm portion of the body, wherein the grip reinforcing members may include: central portions; radial portions protruding from the center of each central portion in every direction; and wave portions formed to the shapes of stripes surrounding each central portion and spaced apart from one another to gradually expand outwardly.

A cooling apparatus having an auxiliary chiller is provided. The apparatus can include a wafer chuck on which a wafer is mounted and in which a cooling cavity is formed. A main chiller having a main coolant reservoir can be spaced apart from the wafer chuck. The cooling cavity and the main coolant reservoir can be arranged in communication with each other through coolant passages. The coolant passages can include an auxiliary chiller detachably installed thereon, respectively. A method of cooling a wafer chuck or process chamber during a semiconductor device fabrication process is also provided. Using the method and apparatuses of this invention, fine temperature adjustments of the wafer chuck are possible.

A novel strain of Bacillus subtilis EB120 shows high antagonistic activity for controlling various plant diseases including barley powdery mildew, cucumber powdery mildew, red pepper anthracnose, rice blast, tomato gray mold, tomato late blight and wheat leaf rust, it can be effectively used as a microbioside for biologically controlling the plant diseases.

A method of displaying information in a mobile terminal having a touch screen is provided. The method includes determining whether a touch input is generated by a touch screen, determining whether a touch area moves, calculating a movement direction of the touch area by extracting a value of the touch area movement, determining a current mode according to the calculated movement direction of the touch area, executing a function of the current mode corresponding to the extracted value of the touch area movement, and displaying, while executing the function of the current mode, at least one of a displacement value generated by executing the function of the current mode and a current mode icon indicating the current mode. Accordingly, when displaying information according to a touch input, changes of information may be displayed distinctively, and thereby user convenience may be improved.

A temperature control system for semiconductor manufacturing equipment is disclosed, which can properly cool a process chamber adopted in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as a wafer etching device. The temperature control system for semiconductor manufacturing equipment includes a thermocline for cooling heat transfer fluid accommodated therein through a heat exchange with a heat exchanger and storing heat energy, a supply line for controlling the temperature of the heat transfer fluid in the thermocline through a heater and supplying the heat transfer fluid with a proper temperature to a process device, a recovery line for forwarding the heat transfer fluid having passed through the process device to the thermocline, and a bypass for forwarding a part of the heat transfer fluid passing through the recovery line to the supply line through the heater.
